新冠疫情下成贤学院会计学专业线上教学实践和效果调查分析

摘 要
2020年年初,一场突如其来的疫情在武汉爆发,并迅速席卷世界。在这特殊的情况之下,为了响应教育部“停课不停学”的号召,各大高校纷纷开展了线上教学活动。线上教学是21世纪刚刚兴起的新教学模式,它凭借信息技术的支持,利用网络联结师生互动,达到教学授课的目的。随着信息技术的进步,其功能也越来越强大,灵活和便利的特性越来越明显,受众也越来越广泛。对于高校而言,线上授课技术的发展,一定程度上促进了高校的教学方式改革,同时促进了高校间优势资源的共享。然而,高校内如此全面、广泛地开展线上授课的举动可谓空前,在实际操作中不可避免的存在一些问题。因此,调查了解此次疫情期间成贤学院会计学专业的学生学习状况、学习效果,探寻其症结所在,可为日后线上教学活动提供借鉴与参考。
在此情境之下,通过问卷调查的方法,从“基本信息”、“设备平台”、“授课/学习状况”、和“满意度”四大方向分别对成贤学院会计学专业的师生两类群体,进行疫情期间线上学习或教学状况的调查,并对结果进行分类分析。分类分析主要是将调查群体按照身份、性别、级别三类进行分类分析,探究不同群体在线上授课过程中的表现与体会,探求产生群体间差异的原因。交叉分析主要是以学生群体“疫情前学生学习的自觉性”和教师群体的“教龄”为自变量X,分析其对于不同因变量的影响程度,为进一步地提出改进建议提供方向。
通过对调查问卷的结果统计,以及进一步的分类分析和交叉分析,可以发现提升线上教学的授课效果需要发挥学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用,增强学生的学习自觉性,严格考核机制的设置,强化授课平台的支撑作用,以及增强师生之间交流,营造浓厚的课堂氛围。从而进一步提高线上授课的教学效果,促进学生的发展,提高人才培养质量。

Investigation and Analysis of Online Teaching Practice and Effect of Chengxian College Accounting Major under COVID-19
Abstract
At the beginning of 2020, a sudden outbreak of the disease broke out in Wuhan and quickly swept the world. In this special case, in response to the Ministry of Education's call for "no suspension of classes", universities have launched online teaching activities. Online teaching is a new teaching mode just emerging in the 21st century. It relies on the support of information technology, uses the network to connect the interaction between teachers and students, and achieves the purpose of teaching and teaching. With the progress of information technology, its function is more and more powerful, flexible and convenient characteristics are more and more obvious, the audience is also more and more extensive. For colleges and universities, the development of online teaching technology, to some extent, promotes the reform of teaching methods in colleges and universities, and at the same time promotes the sharing of superior resources among colleges and universities. However, it is unprecedented for universities to carry out online teaching in such a comprehensive and extensive way, which inevitably leads to some problems in practice. Therefore, the investigation and understanding of the study status and learning effect of students majoring in accounting in Chengxian College during the epidemic period, and the exploration of the crux of the problem, can provide reference for future online teaching activities.
Under this situation, this study through the questionnaire survey method, from the "basic information", "equipment platform", "teaching/learning situation", and "satisfaction" four directions respectively to into a good college teachers and students of accounting major two types of groups, online learning or teaching condition during the outbreak investigation, classification and the results are analyzed. Classified analysis mainly classifies and analyzes the survey groups according to their identity, gender and level, explores the performance and experience of different groups in the process of online teaching, and explores the reasons for the differences between groups. Cross-analysis mainly takes "learning consciousness of students before the epidemic" and "teaching years" of teachers as independent variables X to analyze their influence on different dependent variables, so as to provide directions for further suggestions for improvement.
Through the statistics, the results of the questionnaire and further classification analysis and cross analysis, can be found ascending online teaching effect need to exert the principal role of students and the teachers' leading role and enhance students' study initiative, setting strict appraisal mechanism, strengthening teaching platform support, and strengthen the communication between teachers and students, build strong classroom atmosphere. So as to further improve the teaching effect of online teaching, promote the development of students, and improve the quality of talent training.
