摘 要

如今，民营企业绩效在很大程度上取决于民营企业内部治理结构和企业软实力。我们认为民营企业党组织治理有助于改良民营企业内部治理结构和企业软实力以促进企业绩效的提升。民营企业党组织治理对企业绩效促进作用体现在：促进企业制度创新，引领企业文化建设和完善企业内部治理结构。

笔者运用案例分析的论证方法，以苏宁集团为发展良好的民营企业为代表，展现民营企业党组织治理对苏宁集团生存发展的促进作用，主要表现在苏宁集团坚持用党建引领企业文化建设，形成新型企业核心价值理念；坚持党育人才，确立人才中长期培养计划，发展企业中高层骨干为党员，为党建工作创造党务人才基础。

本文研究发现，民营企业党组织治理确实在一定程度上提升企业绩效，但是有些民营企业不能做到苏宁集团有良好党组织基础，进行有效的党建工作，所以我们以苏宁集团为标杆，提出一些参考性建议，以促进民营企业绩效的提升和进一步的发展。

Research on the Influence of Party Organization Governance on Enterprise Performance in Private Enterprises:

Take Suning Group as an Example

Abstract

Nowadays, the performance of private enterprises largely depends on the internal governance structure and soft power of private enterprises. We think that the party organization governance of private enterprises is helpful to improve the internal governance structure and soft power of private enterprises, so as to promote the performance of enterprises. The promotion effect of Party Organization Governance on enterprise performance is reflected in: promoting enterprise system innovation, leading enterprise culture construction and improving enterprise internal governance structure.

The author uses the demonstration method of case analysis, taking Suning group as a well-developed private enterprise as the representative, to show the promotion effect of the party organization governance of private enterprises on the survival and development of Suning group, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects: Suning group insists on leading the enterprise culture construction with Party construction, and forms the core value concept of new enterprises; Adhere to the party"s education of talents, establish a medium and long-term talent training plan, develop the middle and high-level backbone of enterprises as Party members, and create a talent base for party affairs for Party building.

This paper finds that the party organization governance of private enterprises does improve the performance of enterprises to a certain extent, but some private enterprises cannot do Suning group has a good party organization foundation to carry out effective party building work, so we take Suning group as a benchmark, and put forward some reference suggestions to promote the performance improvement and further development of private enterprises.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

在新时期，民营企业党组织建设是基层党建的重要组成部分，对推进现代党组织新的宏伟工程的建设具有重大意义，也对开创党的新局面具有时代意义。社会主义市场经济如今正处于飞速发展时期，民营企业在经济发展建设中的作用日益重要。此外，加强民营企业党建工作在一定程度上促进了企业绩效的提升，所以民营企业党建工作的开展和加强显得尤为重要。

1.2 研究目的及意义

苏宁集团作为发展较好的民营企业，在全国各个地方共拥有3065名党员、75个党小组和24个党支部。从中我们可以看出，民营企业党组织伴随着集团的发展日渐成熟，为民营企业建设和发展提供了强有力的力量。因此，我们从苏宁集团党组织出发，探讨民营企业党建现状和存在的问题，提出改进意见，从而更好提升企业绩效，这正是我们研究意义所在。

1.3 研究内容及方法

本文采取案例分析的方法，以苏宁集团为例，考察民营企业党组织治理现状以及存在的问题；从企业绩效影响因素角度研究民营企业党组织治理对企业绩效的促进作用。本文从苏宁集团个别企业角度推广至中国全部民营企业，为其生存和发展提供重要的借鉴作用。
