摘 要

随着我国的经济水平不断提升，党的十九大提出了“推进互联网、大数据、人工智能和实体经济深度融合”的要求，除此之外，在十四五规划中，同样也提出了我们需要加强“科技创新”的理念。这表明随着信息技术的快速发展，我国已然将信息技术作为一种战略资源，希望在我国上市公司进一步发展的过程中将大数据与区块链技术运用于日常的营运管理过程之中。而由于上市公司管理者对区块链技术及大数据使用过程中可能出现的技术及其他方面的需求现并不明确，且相关信息技术的运用对于上市公司的营运管理会产生多大的影响也难以通过已有案例得知，这些问题都随着国家对于信息技术的需求及大力推广同时困扰着上市公司的相关决策者。

基于以上背景，本文拟以除B股和H股之外的上市公司作为样本数据的研究主体，统计2017年至2019年上市公司的区块链技术使用情况，在运用相关软件整合数据后，建立模型分析是否对企业的营运管理指标产生影响，通过运用实证研究和案例分析相结合的方式，发现问题，得出相关结论，以期为上市公司的未来高质量营运管理发展提供参考和合理有效的建议。

通过对所选取的样本中我国上市公司的年度报告以及网站中相关资料的研读，本文以国内外已有的研究方法和结论作为写作基础，提出研究假设，并指出研究样本的来源，选取合适的变量，最终构建出使用区块链技术对我国上市公司企业营运管理的影响的多元线性回归模型。利用该模型进行实证分析和检验，并对照实证检验结果分析其与假设的符合程度，从而得出我国上市公司区块链技术的使用情况与企业营运管理水平之间存在显著关系，得到区块链技术等信息技术的使用能够有效提高企业营运管理水平的结论。

Research on the Impact of the Operation And Management of Listed Companies’ Information Technology :

Based on the Application of Listed Companies’ Block chain Technology

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of China"s economic level, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the requirement of "promoting the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and the real economy". In addition, in the 14th Five-Year Plan, it also proposed that we need to strengthen the concept of "scientific and technological innovation". This shows with the rapid development of information technology, China has taken information technology as a strategic resource and hopes to apply big data and block chain technology in the daily operation and management process in the further development process. As the managers of listed companies are not clear about the problems that may appear in the process of using block chain technology and big data, and it is difficult to know how much impact the application of relevant information technology will have on the operation and management of listed companies through the existing cases. All these problems, along with the country"s demand for information technology and its vigorous promotion, are perplexing the relevant decision makers of listed companies.

Based on the above background, this paper proposed to outside the B shares and H shares of the listed company as research subject of sample data, statistics from 2017 to 2019 of listed companies use block chain technology, the use of related software integrate data, establish a model to analyze whether impact on enterprise operation management indicators, using a combination of empirical research and case analysis, To find out the problems and draw relevant conclusions, in order to provide reference and reasonable and effective suggestions for the future development of high quality operation management of listed companies.

Through studying the annual reports of China"s listed companies and the relevant information on the website, this paper takes the existing research conclusions, point out the source of the research samples and select the appropriate variables. Finally, a multiple linear regression model of the impact of block chain technology on the examples is constructed. Use this model to carry on the empirical analysis and test, compare the empirical results conform to the assumption of the analysis with the degree, and thus it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the usage of Chinese listed companies block chain technology and enterprise operation management level, to be the use of information technology, such as block chain technology can effectively improve the level of enterprise operation management.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

在当今时代，信息科技领域作为创新的一大温床，正在逐渐成为全球各个国家的政府、机构以及组织进行创新的“新站地”，同时也是各个国家大力投入资金人力最为集中且影响最大的领域。随着我国的经济与科技发展，我们同样也逐渐迈向了科技生活的新时代。正如在最新颁布的“十四五”规划以及2035远景纲要中所提到的那样，在实现社会主义现代化的进程中，我国的发展重心已经逐步由注重加大生产力转变为注重科技创新，由此可见科技创新已经占据着越来越重要的社会地位。如今伴随着5G时代的到来一同出现的除了高速发展的经济，还有更多科技创新方面的较量在国际市场中不断警醒中国需要进一步开拓自身创新驱动能力，实现“数字中国”，方能在国际市场上占据拥有重要话语权的一席之地。与此同时，由于被当代人称为“第三次革命”的信息技术革命对于人类生产力起到无法估量的重大作用，越来越多的生产生活活动正围绕着信息技术展开。我们不难发现，在创新驱动发展以及加快数字化发展的进程中，信息技术已然成为了一个必不可少的重要内容。

在国家大力推行信息技术和科技创新发展的当前社会形势之下，越来越多行业开始就自身领域推进产业改革。这样的转变在无形之中也在悄无声息地深刻影响以及重塑整个社会的形态，改变着人们的生产生活以及工作方式。目前，很多具有颠覆性的创新技术在信息科技领域中不断涌现，包括了物联网、移动互联网、新型半导体、人工智能、大数据、区块链等，而以上所提到的每一项技术都可能会对人类社会的发展产生巨大的影响作用，引起社会的重大改革。因此目前在零售、物流、食品、健康、医药、交通等方面，相关的新型信息技术使用也不再是新鲜事。而就金融和经济行业而言，可以通过人工智能（AI）使用计算机模拟实现人类学习活动逐步取代繁琐重复的工作，通过运用大数据和区块链技术对企业的营运状况作出清晰的判断以便于企业管理，通过物联网实现数据获取的简单化以及生产和管理的自动化……信息技术正对上市公司的运营及管理产生着越来越深远的影响。
