摘 要

一个企业的商业模式会对企业的绩效管理产生影响。时代和经济的飞速发展，促成了互联网时代的到来，越来越多的企业开始使用互联网平台商业模式，这是一种以互联网平台运营为主的商业模式，与传统的商业模式有所不同，主要是通过互联网平台连接企业与用户，实现资源共享，而网易公司就是典型的互联网平台企业之一。通过档案研究法，研究作为互联网平台企业之一的网易公司，首先查找相关文献，得出网易公司的绩效管理主要分为绩效考核和激励体系两大块，网易公司的绩效考核采取了围绕用户体验指标的关键绩效指标法，激励机制是在用户体验指标的基础上制作绩效考评表评出等级后再进行物质激励和精神激励。然后再通过对网易严选的绩效考核中的KPI进行分析，最终得出互联网平台商业模式对企业绩效管理的影响主要是非财务指标在互联网企业中所占比重之高，并且用户体验对于互联网平台企业十分重要，指出非财务指标对于互联网平台企业的重要性，企业的绩效管理需要将财务指标与非财务指标相结合，围绕用户体验指标进行。

The Impact of Internet Platform Business Models on Business Performance Management: Case Analysis Based on NetEase

Abstract

An Enterprise’s business model will have an impact on the enterprise’s performance management. The rapid development of the times and economy has contributed to the arrival of the Internet age. More and more enterprises have started to use the internet platform business model, which is a business model mainly based on internet platform operation, different from the traditional business model, it is mainly through the internet platform to connect enterprises and users to achieve resource sharing, and NetEase company is one of the typical Internet platform enterprises. Through the archival research method, the NetEase company, as one of the Internet platform enterprises, is studied. First of all, the relevant literature is searched, and it is concluded that the performance management of NetEase Company is mainly divided into two parts: performance appraisal and incentive system, the performance appraisal of NetEase Company adopts the performance indicator method around the user experience index, and the incentive mechanism is to make the performance appraisal form and grade on the basis of the user experience index and then carry on the material and spiritual encouragement. Then through the analysis of the Key questions in NetEase’s rigorous performance evaluation, it is concluded that the impact of the Internet platform business model on Business performance management is mainly due to the high proportion of non-financial indicators in internet enterprises, and user experience is very important for internet platform enterprises, pointing out the importance of non-financial indicators for internet platform enterprises, Enterprise performance management needs to combine financial indicators with non-financial indicators around user experience indicators.

1.1 研究背景

随着科技与经济的不断发展，当今国内外企业都需要建立符合自身发展的商业模式以及与之相对应的绩效考核管理方式，企业的商业模式对于一个企业十分的重要，企业的商业模式不断的改变，互联网平台商业模式也随着互联网时代的到来逐渐兴起。互联网平台商业模式是指以互联网为媒介，整合传统商业类型；连接各种商业渠道，具有高创造性、高价值、高盈利、高风险的全新商业运作和组织构架模式。因为它盈利高风险高的特点，使得无数企业选择了这样的商业模式，而网易公司就是其中一家选择了互联网平台商业模式的企业，并且网易公司利用着先进的互联网技术，成功保持在中国业界的领先地位。

1.2 研究目的及意义

随着互联网的飞速发展，我国互联网行业正处于蓬勃发展的时期中，互联网平台企业在市场中的影响力也日益增强，如何建立符合互联网企业自身发展的商业模式及与之相应的绩效管理方式十分重要，而由于互联网平台企业的特殊性，使得传统的绩效管理方法不能完全适用，因此通过网易的案例分析，研究网易公司的商业模式以及绩效管理方式，并选取网易众多业务中的网易严选业务进行更加深入的分析，研究非财务指标在互联网平台企业中运用及其优势。

1.3 研究内容及方法

通过借鉴互联网时代企业绩效管理发展的理论成果和实践经验，本文试图调研发现互联网平台商业模式对企业绩效管理的影响。

研究方法：主要通过档案研究法，首先查找相关文献和案例资料，分析网易公司，其次查找网易财务报表中的相关数据进行辅佐，最后拓展到所有互联网平台商业模式的企业上。
