摘 要

在通讯技术飞速发展的时代，通讯行业的上市公司需要根据对于市场中需求的分析，来确定公司的研发方向，以此来获得更大的可持续发展能力。在这个信息时代，通讯行业显得尤为重要，对我们的生活产生了很大的影响。而且这个行业有很大的发展前景，竞争也愈发激烈，因此，企业都需要提高其绩效来实现发展，从而立于不败之地。

本文首先通过分析研发投资与可持续发展能力的相关参考文献，然后以此为理论依据，对通讯行业上市公司研发投资对可持续发展能力的影响进行相关分析。本文在国泰安数据库中将一些经营不好的公司剔除之后，选择了通讯及相关制造业和通讯服务业相关企业2013年—2017年的财务数据进行分析。通过回归分析验证了研发投资与可持续发展能力之间存在的关系。根据上述结论以及论述的过程，分别对企业和政府提出了不同的建议：对于企业来说，要采取适合本企业的制度来进行研发方面的投资，有效提高研发投资的效率；对于政府来说，要加强对于相关企业的政策扶持。

Research on the Impact of Ramp;D Investment on Sustainable Development Ability of Listed Companies in Communication Industry

Abstract

In the era of rapid development of communication technology, listed companies in the communication industry need to determine their Ramp;D direction based on the analysis of market demand, in order to achieve greater sustainable development ability. In this information age, the communication industry is particularly important and has a great impact on our lives. Moreover, the industry has great prospects for development, and competition is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, enterprises need to improve their performance to achieve development, so as to remain invincible.

Firstly, by analyzing the relevant references of Ramp;D investment and sustainable development ability, and then based on this theory, this paper makes a relevant analysis on the impact of Ramp;D investment on sustainable development ability of Listed Companies in telecommunications industry. After excluding some bad companies from Guotai"an database, this paper chooses the financial data of communication and related manufacturing and communication services related enterprises from 2013 to 2017 for analysis. The relationship between Ramp;D investment and sustainable development capacity is verified by regression analysis.

According to the above conclusions and the process of discussion, different suggestions are put forward for enterprises and governments: for enterprises, we should adopt the system suitable for their own enterprises to invest in Ramp;D, effectively improve the efficiency of Ramp;D investment; the government should strengthen the policy support for relevant enterprises.
