摘 要

会计信息质量保障体系，是基于企业会计信息的管理出发的一种体系，它致力于改善企业的会计信息质量，提高领导者做出决策的可行性以及发展性，约束企业内部人员的会计行为和道德行为等。本文研究的意义在于指出江苏省民营企业会计信息质量保障体系的现状，以及针对此现状提出改进的建议，从提高企业的软实力出发，最终使江苏省民营企业全面发展。本文主要分析了江苏省民营企业会计信息质量保障体系构建存在的外部问题和内部问题，并针对此提出了解决方案，针对苏南地区、苏北地区、苏中地区也提出了自己的独特见解，并分析了自己实习的单位的情况，最后对本文的不足进行了分析，并对未来提出了展望。

Establishing Accounting Information Quality Guarantee System for Private Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

The accounting information quality guarantee system is a system based on accounting information management, which is devoted to improving enterprise’s accounting information quality and promoting the feasibility and expansibility of leaders’ decisions. It can constrain internal employees’ accounting behaviors and moral acts, etc. The research significance of this paper is to point out the current situation of accounting information quality guarantee system in private enterprises in Jiangsu with proposal of some suggestions so as to improve the enterprises’ soft strength, and thus private enterprises in Jiangsu province can be developed comprehensively.In the paper, it mainly analyzes external and internal problems existing in establishing accounting information quality guarantee system for private enterprises in Jiangsu province, and meanwhile some solutions are proposed to solve the problems. Besides, the author also gives personal views on the establishment of accounting information quality guarantee system in South Jiangsu, North Jiangsu and Middle Jiangsu respectively. In addition, the author also analyzes situations in his internship unit, that is, Jiangsu Jianghe Slide Wire Electronic Company. In the end, the author analyzes the sufficiency of this paper with some prospects.

研究背景

根据2015年1月26日虎扑体育更新的最新全国各省GDP数据表明：江苏省的GDP总量为651000000元，在全国排名第二，与第一名的广东省相差27000000元，同时超过了第三名山东省57000000元；2014年江苏省的增长率8.7%已经超过了广东省的增长率7.8%。江苏省的经济发展情况在全国名列前茅，可以预见，在未来，江苏省的GDP总量极有可能超过广东省，位列第一。

根据2014年8月18日新浪财经更新的中国2014年民营企业五百强分析显示：江苏省有九十六家企业入选，进入前十名的有四家企业，部分企业排名及名单如下：
