摘 要

企业社会责任是当今经济学和管理学研究的主要的问题之一，企业社会责任的概念是在20世纪80年代末期在全世界范围内受到关注，引发了企业社会责任在全球的相关运动，在全球引起了一系列关于经济的伦理问题。本文试图通过对企业社会责任对财务绩效的实证研究，解释企业社会责任对财务绩效的影响以及影响因素。

本文回顾了前人对企业社会责任的研究，对企业社会责任的研究现状做了简单的介绍，并从利益相关者的角度出发选择了企业社会责任的财务指标。以2010-2013年在上证上市交易的50家江苏省公司为样本，根据报告中的有用数据，利益企业社会责任和财务绩效的相关指标，通过描述性分析、相关性分析和回归分析对企业社会责任与财务绩效之间的关系进行了整理分析。最后，通过前面的分析，指出本文的缺点与不足，并提出相关的建议以供参考。

本文的研究目的是通过分析江苏省上市公司财务绩效与社会责任之间的关系来了解社会责任对企业财务绩效的影响，以及那些因素可以影响到企业的财务绩效。研究的主要方法是理论分析与实证分析相结合，通过江苏省企业财务绩效与社会责任之间关系的研究，指出企业履行社会责任可以使企业和投资者获得双赢。

AN Study ON The Relationship Between CSR And CFP OF Jiangsu Listed Companies

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is one of the main problems in the study of economics and management today, the concept of corporate social responsibility is at the 1980 in the world within the scope of attention, raises corporate social responsibility in the global motion, caused a series of economic global ethical issues. This article through empirical research on corporate social responsibility on the financial performance, explain the influence factors of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance and influence.

本文回顾了前人对企业社会责任的研究，对企业社会责任的研究现状做了简单的介绍，并从利益相关者的角度出发选择了企业社会责任的财务指标。以2010-2013年在上证上市交易的50家江苏省公司为样本，根据报告中的有用数据，利益企业社会责任和财务绩效的相关指标，通过描述性分析、相关性分析和回归分析对企业社会责任与财务绩效之间的关系进行了整理分析。最后，通过前面的分析，指出本文的缺点与不足，并提出相关的建议以供参考。

This paper reviews the previous research on corporate social responsibility, research status of corporate social responsibility is briefly introduced, and the selection of financial indicators of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of stakeholders. From 2010 to 2013 financial reports of Jiangsu listed companies in the Shanghai for trading as samples, according to the useful data from the report, the interests of corporate social responsibility and financial performance indicators, through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance were collated and analyzed. Finally, through the above analysis, this paper points out the shortcomings and deficiencies, and puts forward some suggestions for reference.

本文的研究目的是通过分析江苏省上市公司财务绩效与社会责任之间的关系来了解社会责任对企业财务绩效的影响，以及那些因素可以影响到企业的财务绩效。研究的主要方法是理论分析与实证分析相结合，通过江苏省企业财务绩效与社会责任之间关系的研究，指出企业履行社会责任可以使企业和投资者获得双赢。

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of social responsibility of corporate financial performance by the relationship between the analysis of Jiangsu Province listed company"s financial performance and social responsibility, and those factors can affect the enterprise"s financial performance. The main research method is the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Through the study of the relationship between Jiangsu Province enterprise financial performance and social responsibility. It is pointed out that corporate social responsibility can make enterprises and investors to get win-win.

1.1 研究背景与意义

2009年12月7日-19在日哥本哈根举行世界气候大会，共有194个国家派出谈判代表来参加峰会，在峰会上，各个国家的谈判代表做出承诺：在2012年前共同减少温室气体等的排放，并且要帮助不发达地区解决温室气体带来的灾害。来自斐济的谈判代表声泪俱下的叙述了一些岛国的未来，他说如果全球气候持续变暖，海平面将会不断上升，这样一些海岛国家就可能被淹没而不得不举国离乡。

长期以来，上市公司的目标一直限定于“股东财富最大化”，因此，公司关心的自然也就是公司的财务状况、取得效益、利润等经济指标。近几十年以来，随着经济、社会生活水平的发展，以及人们生态意识水平的提高，人们开始关注全球生态环境问题。随着全球经济的迅速发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，生活越来越幸福，但在这幸福的背后却是全球化问题日益严重包括环境污染、食品安全、生产安全等问题。这些问题让人们不得不反思，我们的经济模式是正确的吗？我们在创造财富的同时不顾环境、产品质量、生产安全等问题，企业和政府该不该承担相应的责任？企业社会责任（Corporate Social Responsibility）在这个背景下备受关注。国外企业进入工业革命较早，现代化水平也比我国高，现在一些国外企业已经将企业社会责任当作企业战略规划看待，将其视为是一种长期投资。然而，我国进行改革开放时间较短，现在市场经济体制还不很健全，大部分企业认为企业社会责任不会给自己带来收益觉得社会责任是社会带给自己的一种负担，不愿意去承担社会责任。面对这种现状，我们将对企业社会责任和企业财务绩效之间的关系进行研究，找出两者之间的关系。
