摘 要

制造业企业在现金流方面存在很多问题，比如只重视抓机遇而忽视了现金流的管理，投资不善而陷入资金的困境，市场突变没有及时对现金流进行管理等等。而制造业上市公司占我国上市公司总数的60%左右，若其现金流状况存在的问题不加以改善，加强其现金流管理，那么我国的制造业发展将存在很大的潜在危机，一旦爆发，就很有可能对我国的经济发展造成极大的冲击，直接影响我国经济的可持续发展。

本文以制造业企业为例，收集处于不同阶段的制造业企业现金流量的数据资料，试图通过分析不同阶段的制造业企业的现金流状况，并结合实际案例，总结出不同阶段的制造业企业的现状和存在的问题，提出改进制造业企业现金流状况的对策建议，为企业了解本行业的发展现状和前景提供可借鉴的分析依据，促进我国制造业的发展。

Different Stages of Enterprise Cash Flow Situation Analysis ─ ─ To Manufacturing Enterprises As An Example

Abstract

Manufacturing enterprises in terms of cash flow has a lot of problems, such as only pay attention to grasp the opportunity and ignores the cash flow management, poor investments and fall into the predicament of the funds, market mutation not timely to supervise and control the cash flow and so on.While manufacturing listed companies accounted for about 60% of the total number of listed companies in China, if the problems existing in the cash flow situation is not improved and correction, to strengthen its management of cash flow, then China"s manufacturing industry development will exist a lot of potential crisis, once the outbreak, it is likely to cause great impact on our country"s economy development, directly affects the sustainable development of economy in our country.
So this article will take the manufacturing listed companies, for example, to collect relevant at the different stage of manufacturing listed companies cash flow data, through analysis of different stages of the manufacturing enterprise"s cash flow situation, combined with the actual cases, sums up the different stages of manufacturing listed companies present situation and existing problems, and put forward countermeasures for the improvement of manufacturing listed companies cash flow status advice, for enterprises to understand the industry of the analysis of the current situation and future development provides referential basis, promote the development of manufacturing industry in our country, thus promote the comprehensive development of economy in our country.
