摘 要

随着经济的不断发展，一批又一批的工业企业不断出现，随之环境污染问题越来越严重，甚至对我们赖以生存的环境，资源等造成了严重的威胁。据调查，现在南京上市公司多达五十多家，在为企业本身带来巨大经济收益的同时，也导致了环境污染问题，环境绩效问题也得到了企业和社会各界的广泛关注，如何及时准确的对环境绩效进行评价、如何提高企业环境绩效成为了当今企业重要的研究问题。本文通过借鉴国内外优秀文献以及研究成果，并根据目前南京上市公司的发展现状，构建一套符合目前南京上市公司发展状况且适用不同行业的环境绩效评价指标体系。本文通过从企业社会责任，财务业绩等方面构建南京上市公司环境绩效评价体系，从而分析及评价环境绩效方面的不足，制定出调整对策，提高环境绩效水平，提高环境质量，促进企业可持续发展。在本文指中，将以南钢股份和南京化纤为例，根据企业对外披露的环境信息和数据，分析评价环境标和相关财务报告，探讨企业环境绩效的综合评价方法以及提高环境绩效的措施，以可持续发展为目标，力争做到在发展经济的同时兼顾利益。

Research on Environmental Performance Evaluation of Listing Corporation in Nanjing

Abstract

With the continous development of economy, a group of industrial enterprises continue to appear, and then the environmental pollution problems become more and more serious, and even to our living environment, resources, etc.. According to the survey, now Nanjing listed companies up to more than 70, bring huge economic benefits at the same time as the enterprise itself, also led to the problem of environmental pollution, environmental performance also has got the extensive attention of the enterprise and the society, how to evaluate the environmental performance in time and accurately, how to improve the enterprise environment performance has become an important research problem of the enterprise.

This paper, by drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign outstanding literature and research results, and according to the current situation of the development of Nanjing listing Corporation, to build a set of environmental performance evaluation index system which is suitable for the development of Nanjing listing Corporation. Deficiencies of the through from the enterprise environmental management, financial performance and future development construction Nanjing listed company environmental performance evaluation system, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index to analyze and environmental performance evaluation of, so as to formulate a adjustment measures, improve the level of environmental performance. In this paper, in Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. as an example, according to the companies to disclose environmental information and data. Analysis evaluation of environmental standard and related financial reporting, on corporate environmental performance of comprehensive evaluation method and the measures to improve the environmental performance of, with sustainable development as the goal, and strive to achieve a balance in economic development and the environmental problems.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

当今环境污染问题逐渐成为困扰世界各国发展的瓶颈。环境污染对人与自然的关系、人类生存环境、人类生命健康、人类的生产生活都会造成直接的破坏与影响，环境污染的后果具有公害性、潜伏性、长久性的特点。十八大在党章中增加了科学发展观的概念，兼顾人与自然共处融洽，以坚持走新型工业化道路为中心，加大经济增长方式的变化，同时大力发展生态效益型经济，努力使经济社会发展与资源、环境承载能力相适应。生态文明建设成为发展的主题，站在生态文明理念的角度来看环境问题，其本质是经济结构、生产方式和消费模式问题，不仅仅是一个简单的环境污染治理问题。

随着经济发展的同时，在南京地区出现的雾霾天气越来越多，甚至雾霾指数一度超标，已经严重危及到人们的健康问题，这个问题也得到了社会的广泛关注，本文通过针对南京市上市公司的调查，看清目前环境问题的现状，结合上市公司的特点，分析问题的原因，同时研究环境绩效评价指标的体系，并对其进行初步的评价，从而制定出一系列调整措施，提高其环境绩效水平，最终达到可持续发展目的。

1.2 研究意义

本文通过学习借鉴以往国内外对环境绩效评价的研究成果，参考与环境绩效评价相关的文献，根据目前南京上市公司发展现状，联系当代国际大环境下本国国情，并结合南京上市公司特点，以可持续发展为目标，构建适合南京上市公司的环境绩效评价指标体系，最终目的在于制定出一系列的调整措施来提高环境绩效水平，让环境问题受到各界更广发的关注，减少环境污染，促进社会和谐发展，力争做到企业达到高收益的同时，确保环境绩效水平得到提高。
