摘要

当今，世界各国为了能在国家之林里，留下自己的席位，想尽办法寻找强国之路。欧美的一些强国，在经历了两次伟大的科技革命之后，快速的强大了起来，尤其是美利坚，已经成为了世界上屈指可数的头号强国。它在军事，科技，经济，教育方面的力量让世界各国都无法忽视。因此，越来越多的国家开始崇尚科技，坚信高科技的发展是重要的强国之路。各国政府因此重视高科技企业的发展，加大了对高科技企业的投资与扶持力度。近年来，中国经济飞速发展，正是由于互联网、通讯、计算机软硬件、生物科技等高科技产业为基础的新经济的发展。它的巨大成功不仅使美国经济持续来10年的高增长，高就业和低通胀。可以说，一部中国经济的发展史，就是一部高科技企业的发展史。

高科技企业之所以能够取得如此快速的发展，与风险投资的发展密不可分。新经济之所以能够取得如此快速的发展，与风险投资的发展密不可分。高科技企业初创期的高投入、高风险、高死亡率决定了它难以在传统的资本市场上融资，因而必须为其开辟其它的融资渠道，而风险投资正适应了这种要求。风险投资已经成为支持高科技企业创业的主要的金融中介组织，美国的风险资本约占高科技企业外部融资的三分之二。因而衡量一个国家风险投资产业成熟程度的重要标志是，从普遍意义上来看，高科技初创企业是否能够得到风险投资的支持。在培育发展高科技企业的同时，世界上各个国家都遇到了同样一个难题，那就是高科技企业在企业的发展初期，严重缺少创业资金，而且想要通过有效的途径得到资金，是非常困难的。高科技企业的风险投资与融资问题，已经成为世界各国都急需解决的一个具有广泛性的问题。

国家现在对高科技企业的重视程度之高是前所未有的，我国政府积极出台各种政策，解决中小企业融资难得问题，一系列风险投资法律法规的出台，我们有理由相信，中国的高科技企业和风险投资业将共创共赢。本文为高科技企业探寻一条帮助其风险投资与融资的可行之路。
