摘 要

人工智能对就业既有替代效应又有创造效应，但总效应是未知的。对于高校毕业生而言，人工智能在取代了部分就业岗位的同时也创造了新的就业机会。

本文以高校毕业生为切入点，研究人工智能对高校毕业生就业的影响。首先，运用SWOT法分析高校毕业生就业情况，深入了解人工智能背景下高校毕业生的就业形势与特点。接着，以南京市高校毕业生为调研对象，研究高校毕业生的就业特点并收集对于人工智能对就业影响的对策和建议，对调查数据进行整理分析，得出相关结论。最后，结合人工智能背景下高校毕业生的就业特点，提出对策和建议。

本文的研究有利于高校毕业生找准定位，适应人工智能发展，解决就业问题，同时，也给高校在校生一些启示，要做好职业生涯规划，适应人工智能时代的发展。

Countermeasures and Suggestions for College Graduates to Deal with the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Employment

Abstract

Artificial intelligence has both substitution effect and creation effect on employment, but the total effect is unknown. For college graduates, artificial intelligence has not only replaced some jobs, but also created new job opportunities.

This paper takes college graduates as the starting point to study the impact of artificial intelligence on the employment of college graduates. Firstly, we use SWOT method to analyze the employment situation of college graduates. So as to further understand the employment situation and characteristics of college graduates under the background of artificial intelligence. Then, taking Nanjing university graduates as the research object, this paper studies the employment characteristics of university graduates and collects countermeasures and suggestions for the impact of artificial intelligence on employment. After that, we sort out and analyze the survey data, and draws relevant conclusions. Finally, combined with the employment characteristics of college graduates under the background of artificial intelligence, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.

This research is helpful for college graduates to find a correct orientation, adapt to the development of artificial intelligence, and solve the employment problem. At the same time, it also gives some enlightenment to college students to do a good job in career planning and adapt to the development of the era of artificial intelligence.

1.1 研究背景

1.1.1 人工智能与就业

关于人工智能，它的定义还存在很大分歧，但国民对人工智能的认知度已经很高。随着科技浪潮的推进，人工智能机器人、图像识别、语音处理等新技术随处可见。人工智能技术逐渐渗透到人类生活中，给人类生活带去不少便利的同时，也给人类工作带来了巨大的威胁。

关于人工智能与就业，学者们的关注的焦点在于人工智能对劳动力市场和就业状况的影响，而人工智能对就业主要有两个方面的影响：既有替代效应又有创造效应。人工智能对就业的替代效应是指在一些方面，人工智能比人类工作更具优势，对于人类就业是很大的威胁；而人工智能对就业的创造效应是指人工智能催生了新产业、新技术，给人类就业创造了更多的岗位和工作。
