建筑企业招聘存在的问题与对策研究—以金陵建工为例毕业论文

摘 要
由于装配式建筑在国内的起步,建筑施工行业迎来了发展的新时期,企业若不想在市场竞争中失利,那么需通过招聘吸引优秀人才,提高企业竞争力。
本文以一家民营建筑施工总承包单位作为研究对象,从该公司的基本情况、人员结构以及招聘现状出发,结合文献研究法、个案研究法以及问卷调查对该企业的招聘问题进行深度的探究与分析,发现该企业招聘中存在招聘工作缺少人力资源规划、高层领导不重视、招聘存在歧视、招聘人员结构不合理且专业性不强、招聘流程不科学等一系列问题。为解决这些问题,建议金陵建工应做好人力资源规划,高层领导加强对招聘工作的重视,消除招聘歧视,构建专业的招聘团队,建立科学的招聘流程。本文的研究结论在一定程度上可以帮助同行企业改善和解决招聘问题,提高企业招聘能力。

Problems and Countermeasures in Recruitment of Construction Enterprises: A Case Study of Jinling Construction Company
Abstract
Due to the start of the prefabricated buildings in China, the construction industry has ushered in a new era of development. If enterprises do not want to lose in the market competition, they must attract talents through recruitment and improve their competitiveness in order to be invincible in market competition.
This paper takes a private construction contractor as the research object, and based on the basic situation, personnel structure and recruitment status of the company, combined with the literature research method, case study method and questionnaire survey, deeply explores and analyzes the recruitment problem of the company. The researches have found that there are a series of problems in the recruitment of the company, such as lack of human resources plan, lack of senior leaders’ attention, hiring discrimination, unreasonable recruitment structure and lack of professionalism, unscientific recruitment process. In order to solve these problems, it suggests that Jinling Construction should complete the human resources plan, Senior leaders should pay more attention to recruitment, eliminating discrimination in recruitment, building a professional recruitment team and establishing a scientific recruitment process. The research conclusions of this paper can help enterprises improve and solve recruitment problems to a certain extent and improve their ability to recruit.
