人工智能技术产业化人才的培养途径研究毕业论文

摘 要
作为新一轮产业变革的核心驱动力,人工智能技术正在高速发展,各国都大力支持并积极培养人工智能技术产业化人才,以推动本国这个领域在全球竞位争先。但当下全球人工智能技术产业化人才稀缺,特别是应用型人才,所以,为了满足人民日益增长的需求,起到加强产业创新、提升综合国力和国际影响力的作用,如何培养人工智能技术产业化人才成为各国思考的重点。
本研究通过文献综述法,对比美国、英国和中国三国的人工智能技术发展的相关政策或报告,分析三个国家的人工智能技术发展现状以及当前面临的挑战与问题,尤其是其人工智能技术产业化人才现状,并结合实例分析人工智能技术产业研发人才和应用人才的能力要求。最后,将人工智能与人力资源管理相结合,从国家层面、企业层面、学校层面和其他层面探讨人工智能技术产业化人才的培养途径,例如国家政策支持、企业集中培训、校企联合等等。

Research on the Ways of Cultivating Industrialized Talents of Artificial Intelligence Technology
Abstract
As the important impetus of the new round of industrial transformation, artificial intelligence technology is developing at a high speed. All countries strongly support and actively cultivate talents for the industrialization of artificial intelligence technology to promote their own countries’ development of artificial intelligence technology. They hope to be the best of the world. However, there is currently a shortage of talents for the industrialization of artificial intelligence technology in the world, especially applied talents. Therefore, in order to meet people’s increasing demand and play a role in strengthening industrial innovation, enhancing comprehensive national strength and international influence, how to cultivate talents for the industrialization of artificial intelligence technology has become the focus of thinking in various countries.
Through literature review, this study compares the relevant policies or reports on the development of artificial intelligence technology in the United States, Britain and China. Then it analyzes the current situation of the development of artificial intelligence technology in the three countries, as well as the current challenges and problems, especially the current situation of talents in the industrialization of artificial intelligence technology. It also analyzes the capability requirements of research and development talents and application talents in the artificial intelligence technology industry with examples. Finally, combining artificial intelligence with human resource management, the paper discusses the ways to cultivate talents of artificial intelligence technology industrialization from the national level, enterprise level, school level and other levels, such as national policy support, centralized enterprise training, school-enterprise cooperation, etc.

1.1 研究背景
全球人工智能技术井喷,人工智能技术成为产业发展的内源性动能,正成为发展大势,各种产品、产业应运而生。其发展呈现三足鼎立之势,集中在美国、欧洲和中国。其中,我国在2017年7月发布了两份规划,着眼于人工智能技术,积极促进其发展与完善。
