摘 要
伴随着技术的进步,大数据和信息化逐步开始应用于人力资源管理,这带来了新的机遇的同时,也给各大企业提出了新的挑战。本文主要探讨信息化人力资源管理在专业化企业中的有关应用及其前景的问题。本文采用单案例研究法,研究徐州工程机械集团有限公司,通过学术文献、员工访谈以及企业公示信息等多种渠道收集有关资料,初步构建了徐工信息化人力资源管理系统的雏形,尝试着提出了一个应用范围相对更加广泛的解决方案。并探讨了人力资源管理信息化的价值以及信息化人力资源管理在战略性企业管理中的定位。

Research on the Transformation of Human Resources Management Informationization in Professional Enterprises
ABSTRACT
With the advancement of technology, big data and information technology have gradually begun to be applied to human resource management. This has brought new opportunities and new challenges to companies. This paper mainly discusses the application of electronic-human resource management (e-HRM) in professional enterprises. This paper uses the single case study method to study Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and gathers relevant information through various sources such as journals, employee interviews, and annual report, and initially constructs the prototype of XCMG’s electronic-human resource management system. A relatively broad range of applications. It also discusses the value of the informationization of human resource management and the position of electronic-human resource management in strategic enterprise management.
