企业校园招聘虚假简历描述的识别方法毕业论文

摘 要

作为当代一种新的企业招揽人才的方式,自从2000 年教育部允许企业进入高校招聘以来,校园招聘已经成为很多大中型企业获取新生、优质人力资源的主要渠道。然而,校园招聘中出现了虚假简历。应聘者简历作假的识别与控制已经成为一个值得我们思考的话题。本文基于一些文献参考,深度分析了校园招聘中虚假简历出现的原因、表现形式以及特点,在理论研究的基础上,指出了虚假简历影响校园招聘对企业产生的各种因素以及结果,并进一步改进了企业在校园招聘活动中的行为举措,通过企业角度来改变现状,提出如何有效识别虚假简历的方法,从而达到对虚假简历的控制的目的。通过研究发现,对于校园招聘中出现的虚假简历现象,企业在这方面有着明显的不足与漏洞。在深入了解虚假简历的基础上,企业可以通过完善自身的方法去应对虚假简历。例如,制定良好的招聘机制,实施结构化面试和情景化面试等等,这些方法可以对校园招聘中出现的虚假简历进行有效的识别与控制,能极大的提高校园招聘的工作效率。对于企业来说,这些措施可以减少招聘时间与招聘成本,减少招聘后的不必要损失,实现真正公平、公正、有效的校园招聘。同时,校园招聘已经成为企业最为重要的一种招聘方式,校园招聘的公正性以及有效性对校园招聘的效果有很大影响。及时识别虚假简历能体现企业的规范化和制度化,提高企业在应聘者心中的信誉,提升企业整体形象。本文提出的虚假简历识别方法对企业校园招聘工作有一定的参考价值。

Identification Method of Campus Recruitment False Resume

Abstract

Nowadays, Campus Recruitment as a new way for enterprise to recruit talent. From 2000, The Ministry of education to allow enterprises to enter the university to recruit, Campus Recruitment has to be a main way for enterprise to get new and excellent human resources. However, there are many resume-padding in the campus recruitment. The identification and control of resume-padding has been a very worth thinking topic of conversation in the campus recruitment. In this paper, it based on some literature, in-depth analysis of the reasons; the false resume appeared in campus recruitment forms and characteristics, on the basis of theoretical research, it pointed out that false resume affects the campus recruitment of various factors and results of the enterprise, and further improve the enterprise in the campus recruitment activity behavior initiatives. It will be changed from a business perspective to put forward the method of how to effectively identify the false resume and control the false resume. Through the study we found which for the false resume phenomenon in campus recruitment, enterprises have obvious shortcomings and loopholes in this regard. On the basis of in-depth understanding of the false resume, the enterprise can improve its way to deal with false resume. For example, develop recruitment mechanism, the implementation of structured interview and institutional interview and so on. These methods can identify and control effectively the false resume appears in Campus Recruitment. It 能极大的提高校园招聘的效率can greatly improve the efficiency of Campus Recruitment. For enterprises can be reduced time to hire and recruitment costs, reduced recruitment after unnecessary losses, to achieve truly fair, just and effective campus recruitment. At the same time, campus recruitment has become the enterprise is most important as a means of recruitment, campus recruitment fair and effectiveness of campus recruitment results have great influence. Identification of false resume timely can reflect the standardization and institutionalization of the enterprise. It can improve the credibility of the candidates in the candidates and enhance the overall image of the enterprise. The method of recognition in this paper is valuable for the recruitment of enterprises.
