摘 要

随着竞技赛场上暴露出越来越多的问题，问题球员也开始受到广大媒体的关注。他们时常会给媒体、大众带来耳目一新的事件，而这却使球队管理层感到非常的尴尬，有时还会带来许多的负面影响。

本文对问题球员进行研究，探讨了现问题球员在场内外各种不良状况。从NBA球员冲突事件入手，对问题球员进行管理方面的研究。作者从问题球员的文化水平、绩效影响和薪资问题进行摸索研究，根据这些产生的缘由，对其进行系统化分析。并从科学的角度为问题球员所在球队提供一些理论上的管理对策，如根据个人--组织匹配进行的球员选拔，根据球员职业生涯规划作出的辅助培训计划，还有加强整个球队的文化建设。本研究方便了球队管理层对整个球队的掌控，能更好的管理问题球员。球员是赛场上的主角，而这些主角也夹杂着一些问题球员，他们会导致了竞技体育光鲜外表下阴暗的一面。但是，问题球员还是会为球队创造许多利益的，只要帮助他们扬长避短，他们在赛场上就会有更出众的表现就现在来说，学者对这方面的研究较少，本文就对此类研究起到方向性的作用，并提升了社会媒体对问题球员更全面的关注。

THE ISSUE PLAYERS AND STUDY ON MANEGEMENET

ABSTRACT

With more and more problems revealing in the athletics field, trouble-making players have been paid attention by the mass media. These players sometimes may cause some troubles fresh and new, which can bring many negative impacts on their teams that embarrasses the management extremely.

The thesis mainly researches on the management of trouble-making players and discusses the misbehavior of them in or out of the athletics field, which takes the conflict events of NBA players as examples. The thesis follows the aspects of trouble-making players’ literacy level, influence of performance evaluation and salary. According to these factors, the systematic analysis towards the problem is carried on. In addition, the thesis tries to provides some theoretical solutions for the teams with trouble-making players from the scientific perspectives. For example, a team should select players by matching the individual and the team. The supplementary training plans are required to designed depending on the players’ career plans. And it needs to enhance the cultural construction of the whole team. The research brings the convenience for the control of the whole team by the management and helps to deal with the problem of trouble-making players. Players play leading roles on the court, and these protagonists can be mixed with trouble-making players , which can lead to the the emergence of dark side of the competitive sports under the cover of their bright side. However, trouble-making players can also create much benefit for their team under the circumstance that they exploit their strong points and avoid exposing its weaknesses, by which they may have better performance on the court. The researches in this field are not enough. The thesis tries to enlighten the research related and promote more all-sided attentions towards the trouble-making players from the social media.

第一章 引言

竞技体育在带给人们激情四射的精彩比赛时，也时常在场内外暴露些各式各样的问题。其中最主要的便是问题球员给赛场气氛、现在观众带来许多负面的影响，这也表示着对问题球员的管理需要受到足够的重视。

1.1研究背景

随着竞技运动经不断发展、演进，不仅在理论原则和实践方法上日臻成熟，而且影响也不断扩大，成为一个遍及社会各阶层，波及世界五大洲的特殊社会现象。竞技体育是一种艺术，它给人们激烈、精彩的赛事，同时又有点优美的感觉。然而，随着这种艺术越来越受大众欢迎，竞技赛场上也暴露出许多问题，也时常发生各种负面事件，而这一类事件发生的频率也随着体育本身的欢迎度上升而升高。竞技体育的艺术已经散布在全球各地，随之带来的问题球员也越来越多，无论是篮球、足球或者是其他竞技类比赛。例如，迈克尔·乔丹，科比·布莱恩特这样的超级巨星，虽然是球队的中心支柱，但也是非常典型的问题球员。

目前学者们并没有对问题球员做出明确的定义，但对问题球员的不良行为已经做出了一部分归纳，主要表现在球员暴力以及体育道德观念的沦丧。球员的暴力行为是指球员在赛场上因为一些过激的身体接触和言语上的攻击导致的肢体冲突，这些冲突也因球员受伤程度以及涉及的人数导致不同的后果，轻则罚款重则禁赛。而对于体育道德观念的沦丧，学者们的看法大相径庭，他们认为当球员追逐利益的观念大于比赛本身时，便会产生其他一些影响体育竞技观赏性的问题。利益的问题会催醒人类贪婪的本能，这也是导致打假球、赌球等经济腐败现象的根本原因。

1.2研究意义

对研究而言，本研究是为了能对问题球员进行更系统、更全面的解析，深化对问题球员及其管理模式的了解。于此同时，国内外的此类研究相对较少，因此只能是尽量的做到系统化的剖析，来对问题球员及其管理方法进行理论上的研究，并且希望问题球员能得到更多善意的关注。
