基于现代人力资源管理理论的大学某社团招聘工作设计毕业论文

摘 要

改革开放以来,我国高校社团发展显示出蓬勃生机。然而由于教育思想的落后,高校社团之中原有的矛盾与问题纷纷涌现。招聘工作作为高校社团发展的最前沿,其建立健康有序的招聘工作显得尤其重要。本文分析介绍了当前招聘工作的现状与问题,并试图提出了这些问题存在的原因以及解决这些问题的对策。通过此次研究与考察,发现要保证社团招聘工作的正常进行,要保证高校社团的积极发展,需要社会,高校,社团内部等多方面的帮助与改善,尤其是社团内部制度的完善建设,改善社团发展的生存环境,以促进国内高校社团的快速稳步发展。本文通过对社团招聘工作的研究,明确了高校社团的自身定位,改善了社团内外部的发展环境,并为社团社会化提出了相关对策。本文尤其重视高校社团对外部环境的发展要求,提出了高校社团管理制度与管理机构的建设,弥补了当代社团发展的理论欠缺。同时,本文又提出了高校社团未来的发展方向,包括高校社团正规化,科技化,社会化,品牌化等多方面的理论,为社团招聘的人力资源管理做出了贡献。

Community Recruitment Design Based on the Theory of Human Resources Management

Abstract

The developments of the community of our country's colleges and universities have shown the vigor and vitality since the reform and opening up to the outside world. However, the contradiction and the problems of the college community gradually emerge due to the backwardness of the educational ideology. As the forefront of the development of college community, it is great important to establish a healthy and orderly recruitment work. This thesis analyzes the current situation and problems of the recruitment work and tries to put forward the reasons for these problems and countermeasures to solve them. Through the research, we found that it needs help and improvement from society, colleges and universities, associations and so on to ensure the normal community recruitment work and the positive development of the university community, especially, the improvement of the internal system of the community and the living environment of community, in order to promote the rapid and steady development of domestic university community.In this article, through the study of corporate recruitment, made clear the club's own orientation, improve the development of corporate internal and external environment, and puts forward relevant countermeasures for community socialization. In this paper, especially attaches great importance to the society the development requirements of the external environment of colleges and universities, puts forward the university community management system and the construction of management organization, make up for the lack of contemporary society development theory. At the same time, the article puts forward the direction for the future of college society, including college society normalization, science and technology, social, branding and other aspects of theory, contributing to the community recruitment of human resources management.
