成长型企业的个性化管理机制毕业论文

摘 要
随着中国经济的不断发展,成长型企业在中国市场上涌现出来,这些企业凭借着新颖的产品,高端的技术在经济市场上具有很强的可持续发展能力。由于大多数成长型企业由民营企业和中小型企业组成,在各大企业的夹缝中努力生存,企业的形成是由企业家抓住某一机遇,不断努力的结果。本文试图从成长型企业独有的特征出发,解读成长型企业如何在发展过程中实施有效的个性化管理模式,以提高企业竞争力。由于封建传统思想的束缚,中国大多数成长型企业都是“一人当家”模式,老板在企业中具有绝对权威,忽略员工的生活和心理活动。同时因为成长型企业在中国经济社会的夹缝中努力成长,效益便成为企业家最重视的因素,因此忽略了企业内部管理的重要性和个性化企业文化的形成。随着企业的不断壮大,外部环境的不断变化,企业内部的人际关系越来越复杂,专制而简单管理模式不能推动企业的发展,反而成为企业发展的阻力。因此,企业家必须对企业管理制度进行有效改革,实施新的个性化管理模式,从企业家本身改变,将独裁专职的管理模式转变为分权管理,重视员工,对企业外部环境和内部环境进行整体分析,在企业发展不同阶段实施不同的个性化管理模式,企业才能适应外部环境,具有可持续发展的竞争力。本文从成长型企业特点出发,提出成长型企业不同发展阶段所适合的个性化管理模式,企业进行不断创新,从而改善成长型企业内部管理矛盾,使内部管理适应外部环境变化。

Personalized management system of growth-type companies
Abstract
With the development of Chinese economy, many growth-type companies have emerged in the Chinese market. These companies have strong abilities of sustainable development because of innovative products and high technology. Most growth-type companies consist of private companies and small and medium-sized companies, these companies effort to survive under big companies, the formation of growth-type companies is made up of opportunities that entrepreneurs can seize and the result of their efforts. As studied on the special characteristic of growth-type companies, this paper analysis the growth-type companies how to apply the personalized management system that lead to improve the competitiveness of companies in their development. Due to the constraints of feudal traditional thought, most growth-type companies in China apply ‘a person’ mode, which the leader has the absolute right in the companies, and the leaders ignore the employees’ lives and mental activities. At the same time, entrepreneurs take the benefits seriously but ignore the importance of the internal management system and the form of companies’ personalized culture because most growth-type companies develop under crevice in the Chinese economy market. However, with the development of companies, the unceasing change of the external environment, more and more complex internal relationships, entrepreneurs will find that the original mode cannot promote the companies, but become the resistance of development of companies. So the entrepreneurs must reform the management system and apply the personalized management mode. Changing from the entrepreneurs themselves, changing authoritarian mode to decentralized mode and take the employees seriously. The companies should also analyze the whole internal environment and the external environment, and implies different management system in different stage of companies, so that companies can adapt to external market and have competitiveness of sustainable development. This paper according to the special characteristics of the growth-type companies, and proposes different personalized management system under different stage of companies. The companies continue innovation to change the internal management contradiction of companies, and to make the internal management adapt to the external environment.
