动态能力视角下移动互联网企业的创新战略研究——基于支付宝的微创新战略的案例分析毕业论文

摘 要
随着科技的进步和经济的发展,移动互联网的运用渗透到了人们生产生活中的各个方面。阿里巴巴旗下的支付宝平台站在用户消费体验的立场上,面对不断变化的环境和不断更新的用户需求,实施持续创新发展的战略使其成为了移动互联网行业的佼佼者。本文旨在总结动态能力和创新战略的理论内涵,结合支付宝创新战略实施成功的原因,研究动态能力与创新战略行为之间的联系和影响程度,以此总结出一套基于动态能力和创新战略相互支撑的理论模型体系,用来指导移动互联网企业在复杂变化的市场环境下,充分利用资源、合理运用动态能力,并实现战略创新的目标和任务。
本文分为六个部分。首先,综合国内外学者对动态能力和创新战略的研究现状,阐述该选题的目的和意义;其次,分析动态能力和创新战略的理论基础,归纳出影响创新战略实施的影响因子;然后,对支付宝的微创新战略进行问卷调查、数据分析和SPS案例分析,主要包括支付宝的发展历程、动态能力对创新战略行为的作用机理,以及架构出支付宝的动态能力与微创新战略相互支撑的理论模型;再次,根据理论模型设计调查问卷,运用Spearman相关分析法和回归分析法来检验假设,得出检验结果;然后,从企业的环境感知层面、机会识别层面、技术柔性层面、知识管理层面和资源整合重构层面来提出合理化的建议;最后,对本文观点进行总结,并提出未来展望。
通过数据分析和案例研究发现,支付宝微创新战略成功的关键是基于企业强大的动态能力,支付宝不断根据变化的市场环境来调整企业的战略从而抓住了机遇,并拥有强大的企业领导阵容、高效的知识管理能力、环境感知能力和资源整合能力,这些都促进了支付宝成为移动互联网第三方支付平台的领先者,实现了企业创新战略和价值共创的目标。
本文的创新点主要体现在以下三个方面:(1)总结出了动态能力对移动互联网企业起主要影响的五个维度,构建了一个动态能力视角下企业创新战略实施路径的理论模型,为企业的创新战略管理提供了理论支撑。(2)运用数据分析和SPS案例分析相结合的研究方法,深度剖析了移动互联网企业在创新过程中的运作模式,为企业管理模式提供了借鉴。(3)重构了动态能力视角下移动互联网企业的创新战略影响机制的模型,从动态能力的理论视角出发,对移动互联网企业创新战略的内在机理进行了纵向的深度研究,并为移动互联网企业开展创新战略活动提供了实践指导意见,有助于解决移动互联网企业面临的问题和痛点,具有较强的现实意义。

Abstract
With the progress of science technology and economic development, the use of mobile Internet penetration of people are living in all aspects. Alipay platform stands in the consumer experience position, in the face of changing environment and constantly updated user needs, the implementation of sustainable innovation and development strategy. Alipay platform innovation to become the mobile Internet industry leader. The purpose of this thesis is to summarize the theoretical connotation of dynamic capability and innovation strategy, analyze the reasons for the success of Alipay innovation strategy, study the relationship between dynamic ability and innovative strategic behavior, and summarize the relationship between dynamic ability and innovation. Support the theoretical model system, used to guide the mobile Internet enterprises in the complex changes in the market environment, make full use of resources, rational use of dynamic capabilities, to achieve strategic objectives of the task of innovation.
This thesis is divided into six parts. Secondly, it analyzes the theoretical basis of dynamic capability and innovation strategy, and summarizes the influencing factors that affect the implementation of innovation strategy. And then analyzes the relationship between dynamic capability and innovation strategy, analyzes dynamic factors and innovation strategies. Alipay's questionnaire, data analysis and SPS case analysis of the micro-innovation strategy, including Alipay development process, the dynamic mechanism of innovation and strategic action mechanism, as well as dynamic and micro-innovation strategy to support the theory, and then use spearman correlation analysis and regression analysis of the hypothesis to test and test results. Then, from the perspective of the concept of environment, the level of opportunity awareness and the level of technical flexibility, the rationalization of the proposal is based on the theoretical model, the level of knowledge management and the level of resource integration and reconstruction. Finally, this view is put forward and the future outlook is put forward.
Through the data analysis and case study found that the key to the success of Alipay innovation strategy is based on the strong dynamic ability of enterprises, Alipay constantly change the market environment, adjust the enterprise strategy to seize the opportunity, have a strong business leader lineup, efficient knowledge management Capacity, environmental awareness and resource integration capabilities, Alipay to become a mobile Internet third-party payment platform leader, to achieve business innovation strategy and value creation goals.
