摘 要

进入物流时代，物流的重要性已经被国内外的众多企业和学者们广泛认同，第三方物流在此基础上应运而生。第三方物流自出现以来取得了不小的成就，但随着企业对物流的需求性越来越强，也暴露了一些弊端。怎样在现阶段更好的利用第三方物流为企业获得利润，为我国以后的物流发展提供可供借鉴的经验，是我国现代物流业发展的重中之重。

本文首先对供应链中的第三方物流管理的相关理论作了阐述；然后总结了我国第三方物流现阶段发展主要存在的几个问题：管理体制不完善，自建物流系统多；企业规模偏小，管理水平低，基础设施不完善，缺乏人才，信息化水平低，并对产生这些问题的原因进行了研究；最后通过对其他企业成功经验的分析，总结了相应的方法来解决这些弊端。

Research on the Third Party Logistics Management in Supply Chain

Abstract

Entering the era of logistics,the importance of logistics has been widely accepted by many firms and scholars that from domestic and overseas.On the basis,the third party logistics is presented.The third party logistics has made great achievement since appeared.However, with the growing reliance on logistics for firms,it also has some disadvantages.How do better use of the third party logistics to make more profit for firms at this stage.In order to provide reference for the development of logistics to China in the future.All these are the problems for logistics need to be solved urgently in our country.

Firstly,this paper studies some related theory of the third party logistics management in supply chain; Then summed up some mainly problems of the third party logistics that existed in the present stage:lacking of complete logistics management system,more and more self-built logistics systems appears;small scale making low level of management for firms,poor infrastructure,lacking of talent and low level of information.We although studied the causes of these problems.At last,put forward the corresponding solutions by analyzing the successful experience of other firms.

1.1 研究背景

高效率的供应链运作是现代企业强于其他企业和保持高效运转的基本保障，企业实施合理有效的供应链运行方式不仅能够使企业综合实力增强，从而提高企业的经济效益，也能节约企业的成本和单位时间，人们也越来越认识到高效的业务流程对企业来说是无比重要的，尤其供应链还能够满足顾客众多快速到达的需求，供应链在业务流程起着中流砥柱的作用，企业逐渐把供应链作为一项研究并入系统认识中，研究的领域方面也不断拓宽，从企业中的供应链到联盟链中，最后扩展至整个社会。供应链理论和物流理论形成，第三方物流在这大形势下也被国际上认同并关注。因此，物流企业必须重视供应链及第三方物流的作用。
