摘 要

农业产业化是实现农业现代化的必经之路，也是农业发展的必然趋势，既符合我国当前的国情，又符合市场经济的规律。

芦蒿作为当地的特色农产品，已经成为当地农民增收的最重要的支柱型产业。随着经济的发展，人们对产品质量安全意识加强，市场需求与农户分散经营的矛盾日益突出，芦蒿市场竞争加剧，八卦洲芦蒿产业化经营已是必然之路。

本文主要章节分为三大块。第一部分对八卦洲芦蒿产业的分析，包括介绍八卦洲芦蒿发展概况、八卦洲芦蒿产业的SWOT分析，并对一些经营模式进行简要的可行性，提出通过企业经营八卦洲芦蒿产业。第二部分是八卦洲芦蒿产业化建设中的A公司的战略选择，通过A公司的战略制定带动八卦洲芦蒿产业化。第三部分是八卦洲芦蒿产业化经营的对策，从产品、渠道、促销、价格和合作五个方面确定对策，推动八卦洲芦蒿产业又好又快的发展。

Baguazhou Selengensis Industrialization Development And Research

Abstract

Agricultural industrialization is the only way to achieve the modernization of agriculture,is also the inevitable trend of development in agriculture,both in line with China’s national conditions and consistent with the laws of market economy.

Selengensis as local characteristics of agricultural products, increasing the income of farmers has become the most important pillar industry. With the development of economy, people on the product quality and safety awareness, there are increasing contradictions between market demand and the peasant household of decentralized operation, selengensis market competition intensifies, Baguazhou selengensis industrialization is inevitable.

In this paper, the main chapter is divided into three parts. The first part of the analysis of Artemisia selengensis industry continent of the eight diagrams, including the introduction and analysis of the development of SWOT, and carries on the brief feasibility of some management pattern, proposed through the enterprise management of Artemisia selengensis industry Baguazhou. The second part is the strategic choice that Baguazhou Artemisia selengensis industrialization construction in A company, through the A company"s strategy to drive the Baguazhou wormwood industrialization. The third part is the Countermeasures of Artemisia selengensis gossip delta industrialization, determine the countermeasures from five aspects of product, price, channel, promotion and cooperation, promote the development of Baguazhou Artemisia selengensis industry sound and rapid.
