先锋书店的经营模式及营销策略研究

摘 要
独立书店作为我国重要的文化产业之一,为我国的文化发展注入了新的活力。然而,随着科技的发展,网上书店兴起,加上实体书店营业成本提高,自身经营不足等原因,独立书店的经营发展面临困境。目前,全国的民营独立书店普遍存在以下几个问题:经营规模不大,管理水平较低,服务理念淡薄等。面对竞争激烈的书店和图书市场,民营独立书店怎样在激烈的竞争中取得胜利,在艰难的生存环境中冲出重围,寻求和拓展图书市场对外开放后的生存和发展空间?
先锋书店经过十几年的发展,现已成为国内知名的民营独立学术书店,其为读者打造的建筑之元素、宗教之情结、人文之关怀的书店阅读空间,吸引了众多国内外读者的聚集,使其成为南京重要的文化地标。先锋书店作为后起民营书店之秀,以其独具一格、人文特色的书店风格被英国BBC评为全球十大最美书店,在民营图书行业已形成相当大的影响。本文对先锋书店的经营模式及营销策略进行分析,进而研究先锋书店在突围的改革中所采取的措施和文化传播现象,继而讨论其意义和价值,为独立书店的经营和发展提供借鉴。

Abstract
Independent bookstores as one of the important cultural industry, for our cultural development has injected new vitality. However, with the development of technology, the rise of online bookstores, plus physical bookstores operating costs, lack of self-management and other reasons, the business development of independent bookstores face difficulties. Currently, private independent bookstores nationwide prevalence of the following questions: small scale, low management level, the service concept and so weak. Faced with intense competition bookstores and book market, private independent bookstores how to obtain victory in the fierce competition, break loose in a difficult environment to survive, to seek and expand the survival and development of space after the opening book market?
Librairie Avant-Garde after ten years of development, has become a well-known private independent academic bookstores, element for readers to create their buildings, the complex religious, humanistic care of the bookstore reading room, gathering attracted many domestic and foreign readers , making it an important cultural landmark in Nanjing. As a newcomer private bookstores of Librairie Avant-Garde. ,with its unique, cultural characteristics of the bookstore style was named the BBC world"s top ten most beautiful bookshop in the private book industry has formed a considerable impact. In this paper, by Librairie’s Avant-Garde business model and marketing strategy, and then studied at Librairie Avant-Garde breakthrough reform measures taken and culture propagation phenomena, and then discuss its meaning and value, providing a reference for the operation and development of independent bookstores.
