摘 要

教师的考勤管理是教师管理的一个重要方面，而对教师考勤管理实现信息化对提高教师考勤管理的效率有很大的作用。国内大部分中学教师考勤管理都是基于传统的手工管理形式，为了加强对教师的考勤管理，提高考勤效率，简化流程，本文根据前程学校教师考勤管理的实际需求，提出了设计开发一个简单得出中学教师考勤管理系统的目标。

本文简单介绍了教师考勤管理系统的项目背景、项目意义和目前的用现状，根据这些情况明确了设计开发的内容和主要工作，对整个系统的功能需求有一个具体的要求。系统的功能应该包括对教师考勤信息录入，修改，查询，统计分析，教师考勤规则的制定，用户注册与修改信息等。

首先是系统分析，对整个系统分别进行可行性分析，接着对组织以及其业务进行分析，在充分了解之后再对需求进行分析，明确需求之后对所需要的数据相应流程分析；接着是系统的设计，先对系统的整体功能与物理配置方案进行设计，接着是对系统的数据库概念和物理设计，最后是输入输出以及相应的界面设计，就这样完成一个系统的设计；系统设计完毕之后，对系统进行相应测试，记录结果并进行相应处理。

Teachers' attendance management is an important aspect of teacher management, and the realization of informatization of teachers' attendance management has a great effect on improving the efficiency of teachers' attendance management. 第一章 绪论

1.1项目背景

在如今快速发展的时代，科教兴国一直是坚持不动摇的政策。教育是一个国家能否长久稳健快速发展的基础，也是提高我国科研水平的一个引擎，因此如何使得教育的发展跟上时代的步伐显得极其重要^[1]。

在这个信息化的时代，教育也需要信息化才能更好地适应时代的变化。教育信息化也是经济的发展和信息技术发展导致的必然结果，因为只有教育信息化才能够跟上时代的发展为我国不断培育出人才，促进国家更好更快的发展。在我国教育行业信息化发展进程中，如何利用信息化技术对考勤信息进行管理是每个学校都需要面对的问题。教师考勤管理是教师日常管理的一个重要管理方面，做好教师考勤管理的信息化对提高教师日常教学管理有重大意义。在这里我对黄梅县前程学校的教师考勤管理做了一个调查了解，该学校的考勤方式还停留在传统的手工管理方式，通过纸张记录考勤信息。这种考勤记录方式管理起来效率低下，不利于对教师考勤信息化的现代化管理，也浪费了人力财力资源^[2]。

为了提高该学校的教师考勤管理的效率、简化考勤流程，先对我国教师考勤现有业务进行调查并结合该校的实际情况，了解教师考勤的实际需求，同时对教师考勤管理实现信息化所需要的技术知识做一个调查，了解其可行性。对于目前我国的教师考勤管理而言，教师考勤管理系统是促进教育信息化的一个重要途径，具有举足轻重的作用。

1.2同类型系统的应用现状

考勤管理系统是一种常见的信息管理系统，但是在我国主要是从企业开始应用的。在二十世纪八九十年代，改革开放之后，我国部分企业率先引进了外来先进的管理理念和先进的技术。接着，在这些新思念和技术的影响之下，企业开始走向信息化的管理之路^[3]。紧跟着，各个行业发现了信息化带来的方便快捷，纷纷投入到各个行业的信息化发展之中。虽说如此，但是由于我国发展起步较晚，教育这个行业的信息化发展在最近几年才开始随着教育经费的提高而飞速的发展，但是主要的应用方面更多是在教师再培训、学生的考勤管理等几个方面，在教师考勤管理这个方面反而没有那么投入^[4],[5]。不过从总体看，无论是基于B/S还是C/S的设计模式的考勤管理系统，都已经取得了很好的进展，应用的也越来越成熟了，这与改革开放是密不可分的^[6]。
