摘 要

在当今社会中，信息技术占据着主流地位，计算机的应用已经在社会的各行各业中得到了广泛运用，信息化以及自动化的管理在各个领域得到了普及。与此同时高校的各个方面都开始利用信息化的视角寻求改革方向。而校园宿舍管理系统就是一个很典型的改革实例。学校在应对庞大的学生群体以及各个因宿舍而联系到一起的职能单位对于宿舍管理信息化的需求的时候，如果仍然采用传统的手工和普通电脑办公软件相结合的方式，其效率低下，而且对人力、财力、物力也是极大的浪费。所以对于宿舍管理这一系统的信息化提上了日程。本毕业设计的目标就是应用WPF、.NET等技术设计一个大学生宿舍管理系统。该系统的主体包含了前端的应用程序开发和后台的数据库建立以及维护这两个方面。该系统的主体在于对宿舍管理系统的数据库设计以及对于宿舍管理的几大主要功能模块的业务流程的还原。

本论文针对论文主题从相关技术以及宿舍管理信息系统两个角度对国内外研究现状做了综述，并确定本文的技术路线。在对论文的需求分析方面以结构化分析方法为主体的形式展开，在对具体的需求进行分析的过程中辅以面向对象的分析方法来加强对论文主题的理解。在论文的系统设计上以数据库设计为主，同时包含诸如：平台设计、系统结构与功能设计、编码设计、输入输出设计等。论文的系统实施方面主要针对数据库连接、密码加密等关键技术方面做详细描述并对系统测试结果做一个汇总。在本论文的最后针对论文完成过程中的各种问题进行总结，对系统的优缺点做一个分析，提出改进方向。

Abstract

In today's society, information technology occupies a mainstream position, and the application of computers has been widely used in all walks of life in the society. Information and automation management have been popularized in various fields. At the same time, all aspects of colleges and universities began to use information-based perspectives to seek the direction of reform. The campus dormitory management system is a typical example of reform. When the school responds to the huge student population and the functional units linked to it by the dorms, the need for information management in dormitory management is still inefficient if they are still using a combination of traditional manual and ordinary computer office software. Human, financial and material resources are also a great waste. Therefore, the informationization of the system of dormitory management was put on the agenda. The goal of this graduation project is to design a university student dormitory management system using technologies such as WPF and .NET. The main body of the system includes front-end application development and background database setup and maintenance. The main body of the system lies in the database design of the dormitory management system and the restoration of the business processes of the major functional modules of the dormitory management.

This dissertation reviews the research status at home and abroad from the perspective of related technologies and dormitory management information systems, and determines the technical route of this paper. In the analysis of the requirements of the paper, the structured analysis method is used as the main form. In the process of analyzing the specific requirements, an object-oriented analysis method is used to strengthen the understanding of the thesis topic. In the system design of the dissertation, the database design is the main one, and it includes such things as platform design, system structure and function design, coding design, and input and output design. The system implementation aspect of the paper mainly describes the key technologies such as database connection and password encryption, and summarizes the system test results. At the end of this thesis, we summarize the various problems in the process of completing the paper, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the system, and propose the direction of improvement.

1.1背景与意义

目前的大学校园，大部分的后勤部门管理宿舍都采用了最原始的方法。在学生入住的过程中，学生住宿的信息无法得到及时有效的更新；同时因为学生更换宿舍等情况时有发生，从而无法保证学生住宿信息的完整性、实时性。因此学生宿舍管理系统对于一个学校来说是极为重要的组成部分。现阶段依旧有许多学校停留在宿舍管理人员通过手工来记录数据的最初阶段。手工记录不仅麻烦、费时，而且效率较低。
