摘 要

本文借助Visual Studio 2012和SQL Server 2008两种软件，主要对毕业生就业信息管理系统的设计与实现过程进行了详细的阐述。

在本文中，首先收集该课题的相关资料，通过系统分析，包括可行性分析、功能需求分析，业务流程图，形成了系统的需求分析；根据系统分析对系统进行了整体设计，并对系统的前段和后台所用到的关键技术进行了具体分析；根据需求分析画出系统的ER图，根据ER图将其转换得到数据库表结构模型；在本课题中前端主要使用了C#技术，后台使用SQL Server数据库技术；测试系统，最后调试系统。

本系统最终实现了对系统信息的维护和统计等操作，基本满足当前武汉理工大学毕业生就业信息管理工作的要求。同时，系统还做到了操作简单、界面简洁的要求，具有较好的实用性。

在毕业生操作子系统中可根据毕业生专业和招聘信息的专业要求是否一致及毕业生求职意向行业和招聘信息的发布企业的所属行业是否一致，来判断是重点推送还是普通推送招聘信息。这是本文的一大特色。

Abstract

Based on SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2012 software, this thesis describes detailedly the design and implementation process of the graduate employment information management system.

In this thesis, first step is to collect some related information about the subject to make system analysis, including feasibility analysis、functional requirement analysis and business flowchart, to form requirement analysis of the system；Then carry out a overall design of it by system analysis, and make a concrete analysis on the front and back of the system where some key technologies are used；after that, print the E-R figure of it by it's requirement analysis, and convert the E-R figure into database table structure model；In this subject，the front and middle end mainly uses C# technology, the background uses SQL Server database technologies；Finally test the system, and debug it.

This system eventually realizes system maintenance and statistical operations, and meets the requirements of current employment information management work of Wuhan University of technology. Meanwhile, the system also achieves simple operations、concise interface and has a good function.

In the graduate operation subsystem, which judges recruitment information need the focus push or the general push by comparing the employment intention of graduates and industry some companies that post vacancies belong to. The above is the characteristics of the paper.

第1章 绪论

1.1 项目背景

随着大学不停地扩大招生范围，每年有大量的毕业生离开学校进入社会，由于社会上工作职位有限，求职的毕业生数量远远大于工作岗位数量，所以每年都会出现大学毕业生结业难的问题。为了满足时代的发展要求，武汉理工大学相应地发展完善了本校的校园网，这为实现毕业生就业信息管理系统提供了前提条件，通过把互联网和校园网结合起来，运用信息化网络管理毕业生就业的问题。就目前而言，学校现有的就业信息网仍有以下几个问题亟待解决：

1. 信息沟通不畅

武汉理工大学校区较多且十分分散，地理位置上的差异就使得学校各校区之间的信息交流十分困难，这在无形中给学校对毕业生情况的统计设置了壁垒，造成了信息无法及时有效地沟通。
