摘 要

在企业自身发展和外部环境不断变化的局面下，许多企业在物资管理方面产生的新要求仅靠自身目前的物资管理水平已经不能满足了。所以，本系统以此为出发点，设计了一个供物资管理员和一般员工共同使用的物资管理系统。物资管理员可以管理公司物资的基本信息，查看与物资相关的各类信息，管理所有员工账号信息以及查询物资余额信息等等；员工可以对物资进行领用，归还和报废登记，还可以查看个人领用,归还物资信息等。除此之外，系统还有余额预警功能，当物资余额低于安全库存量时，余额会显示红色，重点提醒管理员余额不足。

本系统采用Microsoft Visual Studio平台进行系统设计工作，应用ASP.NET(C#)和SQL Server 2008为开发环境，设计并实现基于美信公司研发部门业务需求的物资管理系统。

本文也详细地给出各个步骤的具体实施策略，从组织结构到业务流程再到数据流程，最后再到系统模块功能设计等各个方面。本文对系统研发相关的重要问题，都做了详细的阐释说明。

Abstract

In their own development and the external environment constantly changing

situation, the new requirement for many companies in the management of materials

produced on its own current level of materials management has been unable to meet .

Therefore,the system as a starting point, a materials management system is designed for

administrators and staff common materials used. Administrators can managesupplies

company supplies basic information, view the types of information and material related

to the management and all employees account information inquiry materials balance

information and the like; employees may be requisitioned supplies,restitution and scrap registration, you can also view personal requisitioned, restitution and other material information. In addition, the early warning system as well as the balance function, when the material balance falls below the amount of safety stock, the balance will be displayed in red, the focus of alert administrators insufficient funds.

The system uses Microsoft Visual Studio platform systems design, application

ASP.NET (C #) and SQL Server 2008 development environment, designed and implemented based on Maxim's research and development department business needs materials management system.

to the data flow from the organizational structure to the business process, and then finally the various aspects of the system module function design. In this paper, important issues related to system development, has done a detailed explanation explanation.

绪论

研究现状

在经济市场的活跃和逐渐加快的城市化建设步伐的推动下，我国已经开始有部分企业开始学习利用信息化管理体系来对物资进行管理，以求提高经营效益^[1]。而在国外，绝大多数企业早已采用信息化的物资管理手段来管理企业里的各项资产^[2]。可整体来看，我国绝大多数企业还是在以手工作业方式为主地进行着物资管理方面的工作，也因此要付出大量人力、物力以及财力，也总是重复地填写各种形式的文件。由于信息会随着时间不断变化，各个业务部门对信息的使用要求也各不相同，所以要按照不同的分类要求不断地进行汇总、统计等工作，伴随而来的就是许多重复、冗余的工作。采用人力对物资进行手工操作，不仅会对人力造成浪费，还有许多不足与缺陷：

（1）处理速度慢，信息的及时性大打折扣。
