摘 要

信息时代，各行各业都面临着互联网所带来的变化。尤其是今年疫情的冲击下，一些企业传统的管理方式就捉襟见肘，因为传统的管理方式侧重于线下。而在特殊情况的当下，纸质文件和手工记账很难继续发挥起作用。因此，企业应利用信息化技术，将纸质信息转为数据信息，将线下协作转为线上协作。信息化的作用不仅如此，它可以为管理者提供战略分析，经营目标和业务进度不再需要通过一层一层的上传或下达，对于企业经营者来说获利的方式无非两种方式：第一是增加收入。第二是降低成本。而信息化通过提高效率的方式无形间就降低了成本。

信息化同时也意味着数字化，数据对于一个企业来说是十分重要的。通过大数据分析技术，可以发现更多的数据隐藏价值，使得企业能找到新型的商业模式与市场机会。其次传统的保存信息方法是通过使用纸，而信息化的方式则是通过物理设备。两者相比及而言，后者可以集中大批量的信息且人力成本要更低。

企业信息化也改变了人们的工作方式与行政效率。计算机的计算能力使得企业能够处理更精密更复杂的事务，使得处理数据的能力大为提高。对于流程规范化管理如日常办公审批流程，信息化系统可通过线上的方式，人们不再需要直接接触而是通过计算机网络进行沟通。提升行政效率则是因为摆脱了重复性的工作，加上实现文件共享促进了协同办公。

Abstract

In the information era, all professions and trades are facing changes brought about by Internet. Especially under the impact of this year's epidemic, some enterprises' traditional management methods are stretched, because traditional management methods focus on offline. However, under special circumstances, it is difficult for paper documents and manual bookkeeping to continue to function. Therefore, enterprises should use information technology to convert paper information into data information and offline collaboration to online collaboration. The role of informatization is not only this, it can offer managers strategic analysis, and business goals and business progress no longer need to be uploaded or released layer by layer. For the enterprise operator, there are two ways to profit: The first is to increase income. The second is to reduce costs. Informatization reduces costs intangibly by increasing efficiency.

Informatization also means digitization, and data is very important for an enterprise. Through big data analysis technology, more hidden value of data can be discovered, so that enterprises can find new business models and market opportunities. Secondly, the traditional method to save information is by using paper, and the informationized way is through the physical equipment. Comparing the two, the latter can concentrate multitudinous information and the labor cost is lower.

Enterprise informatization has also changed people's working methods and administrative efficiency. The computer's computing power allows companies to handle more sophisticated and complex transactions, greatly improving the ability to process data. For standardized process management, such as the routine office approval process, the information system can be used online, and people no longer need to directly contact but communicate through computer networks. The improvement of administrative efficiency is due to the elimination of repetitive work, and the realization of file sharing promotes collaborative office work.

1.1 选题的背景和意义

互联网的发展给各行各业带来日新月异的变化，许多企业在信息化管理方面做了大量的投入并且实现了跨越式发展。同时一些传统企业因为对信息化的正确理解和重视程度不够等原因没能实现信息化，导致他们运营模式和管理机制无法创新转型以至于陷入困境。

企业传统的信息管理靠人工传播，因此在资料和档案等信息的存储和检索过程中会出现人为错误，在处理和呈现信息的过程中会出现意外情况，如档案丢失、资料文件损坏等问题。企业传统的企业运营模式也无法高效解决信息整合、审批流程和团队协作等一些企业需求，同时随着组织快速发展，传统的管理机制无法满足灵活多变的管理需求使得企业会遇到一些管理挑战，主要问题如下：
