摘 要

随着国民经济的不断增加，我国的汽车持有量也在不断增加，每天进出各个高校的汽车也在不断的增加，为了方便，有些车辆会在路边停车，给师生的上课下课的出行带来了不好的体验。因此，为了提高师生的在校体验，如何建立一个实用、高效的停车管理系统已经成为高校继续向前发展的必经之路。

车位管理系统的建立是一个高校向前发展的必要条件，既能解决乱停车的现象，优化师生出行体验，还可以美化校园环境，使其看起来赏心悦目。但是，目前大学校园中基本上没有这样一套有关车位的管理系统，这样也导致汽车在大学校园中胡乱停车的现象屡见不鲜。找不到多余车位、不知道车位位置等问题可能是导致车主乱停车的原因。武汉理工大学南湖校区车位管理系统可以解决这些问题，如果找不到车位在哪或者有无车位，用户可以通过本系统来预约导航到车位上面，点击停车后就可以宣布对此车位的暂时占有权。可以有效的缓解停车难的问题。

武汉理工大学南湖校区停车管理系统旨在针对并且缓解现今的南湖校区的停车现状而设计出来的一款基于微信小程序的停车管理系统。本系统依托于微信开发者工具和Zend studio平台以及MySQL数据库，采用的微信小程序作为前端，PHP和数据库作为后端的结构，在了解了本校的现状之后，经过调查规划、系统分析、系统设计、系统实施以及系统测试等步骤，设计出的停车管理系统。论文依据管理信息系统研发的基本程序，对各个步骤和相应技术方案进行了阐述，并给出了详细的功能结构、业务流程、数据流程以及各功能模块的设计，以此为高校教师教学科研成果管理系统的建设提供了参考依据

Abstract

With the continuous increase of national economy, China's car ownership is also increasing, and the number of cars in and out of colleges and universities is also increasing every day. For convenience, some vehicles will park on the side of the road, which brings a bad experience for teachers and students to travel after class. Therefore, in order to improve the school experience of teachers and students, how to establish a practical and efficient parking management system has become the only way for colleges and universities to continue to develop.

The establishment of parking space management system is a necessary condition for the development of colleges and universities. It can not only solve the phenomenon of disorderly parking, optimize the travel experience of teachers and students, but also beautify the campus environment to make it look pleasant. However, at present, there is basically no such a set of parking management system in the university campus, which also leads to the phenomenon of random parking in the university campus. Problems such as not finding extra parking spaces and not knowing the location of parking spaces may be the cause of the car owners' disorderly parking. The parking space management system of Nanhu campus of Wuhan University of science and technology can solve these problems. If there is no parking space or no parking space, the user can make an appointment and navigate to the parking space through the system, and click parking to announce the temporary ownership of the parking space. It can effectively alleviate the parking problem.

The parking management system of Nanhu campus of Wuhan University of technology aims to alleviate the current parking situation of Nanhu campus and design a parking management system based on wechat small program. The system relies on wechat developer tools, Zend studio platform and MySQL database. The wechat applet is used as the front-end and PHP and database are used as the back-end structure. After understanding the current situation of the school, the parking management system is designed through investigation and planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. According to the basic procedure of research and development of management information system, the paper expounds each step and corresponding technical scheme, and gives the detailed functional structure, business process, data process and the design of each functional module, so as to provide a reference for the construction of the management system of teaching and scientific research achievements of university teachers

第1章 绪论

1.1 目的及意义（含国内外现状分析）

1.1.1 背景

根据相关调查显示，2019年年末全国民用汽车保有量26150万辆（包括三轮汽车和低速货车762万辆），比上年末增加2122万辆，其中私人汽车保有量22635万辆，增加1905万辆。民用轿车保有量14644万辆，增加1193万辆，其中私人轿车保有量13701万辆，增加1112万辆^[1]。汽车的保有量接近三亿辆，这表示平均五个家庭中就有一个家庭拥有属于自己的小汽车。武汉素有九省通衢之称，每天来往的车辆不计其数，在不算外来车辆的情况下，2019年年末武汉的汽车保有量超过了330万辆，光一个长江大桥的日平均车流量就达10万辆^[2]。如此大的车流量导致了停车难、停车乱等问题，许多私家车甚至因没有停车位而违停在路边，影响交通安全。

1.1.2 意义

武汉理工大学南湖校区坐落于洪山街道之上，洪山街道作为武汉的一个交通要道，其日均车流量不比长江大桥差。每天因没有停车位的车主进入我校停车的车辆也数不胜数。但由于我校只管理车辆的进出，对乱停车的车辆并没有一个规范化的管理，导致随处停车的车辆比较多，影响了我校师生在学校内部的出行体验。所以，我希望设计这款停车管理系统，对在武汉理工大学南湖校区的车辆进行一个规范化管理，减少乱停车的现象，提高我校师生的出行体验。

1.2 国内外现状分析

1.2.1 国外

国外的校园停车十分常见，每个国家有每个国家的政策，不能一概而论，就拿美国来举例，美国的占地面积和我国差不多，但是人口只有三亿，所以也造成了美国“地广人稀”的现状，基本上家家户户的美国人都有属于自己的车，但是并不会造成车位短缺，有车找不到车位的情况，因为在美国，车辆是可以停靠在路边的，且停靠在路边的车辆按照打表计时收费。

但是情况在大学校园中就不是那么乐观了，虽然在美国的大学校园中都会有停车场，但是如果在校园内部乱停车是会收到罚单的，为了避免收到罚单，美国大学里一般不会有乱停车的现象发生。但是在大学校园中的停车位一般都不够用，为了解决这一问题，有一个叫做ParkPoolr的网站，允许一些房主或者企业托管他们的停车位来向用户收取一定的费用，有效的减轻了大学生停车的压力。

1.2.2 国内

随着我国经济的不断发展以及高校规模的不断扩大，人们的出行方式也在发生着转变，随之而来的是机动车数量的迅速增多，在校园内也导致了严重的校园交通问题^[4]。由于我国较多高校校园交通基础设施薄弱，管理力量相对不足，面对机动车交通快速增长的压力，出现了停车泊位不足、道路拥挤、环境污染以及交通安全等一系列问题。在现有的城市规划和校园建设格局下，仅仅靠加强基础设施建设、增加校园泊位供应的方式已难以满足校园停车的需要。国外城市建设实践证明，通过停车换乘这一需求管理的重要手段，能有效的减少进入校园中心区的小汽车数量，从而解决停车难以及产生的系列问题，对高校管理及教育具有积极的意义^[5]。
