基于企业社会责任的双渠道农产品供应链协调研究毕业论文

摘 要

随着互联网技术和电商的发展,传统农产品销售开始由线下单一销售渠道转变为线上线下双渠道销售,线上销售渠道的拓展在增大了农产品的销售量的同时,也带来了很多企业社会责任缺失问题。为了探究农产品双渠道供应链的协调性以及企业社会责任对于双渠道供应链的影响,本文考虑企业社会责任,研究双渠道农产品供应链协调决策问题。

首先,本文对双渠道农产品供应链方面的国内外文献进行了系统的梳理,并对双渠道供应链销售基本模式进行了归纳。进而,本文构建了企业社会责任下的双渠道农产品供应链集中决策模型和分散决策模型,证明了集中决策双渠道供应链最优解的存在性和分散决策下零售商和供应商最优解的存在性,并对集中决策模式与分散决策模式整体收益进行对比分析,分析结果表明集中决策模式下,供应链整体的收益大于分散决策模式下的收益,这表明分散式决策模式无法实现供应链协调。随后,本文建立了双渠道供应链收益共享契约模型。证明了收益共享契约最优解的存在性以及收益共享契约下双渠道供应链的最优解的存在条件。分析结果表明,通过设置合理的收益共享系数,收益共享契约模式优于分散式决策模式。,解决了双渠道中供应商和零售商收益问题,从而证实了双渠道供应链协调的有效性。

同时为了探究了企业社会责任对农产品供应链的影响,本文对于双渠道供应链做了算例分析,发现在无契约模式下,供应链企业社会责任对双渠道农产品供应链决策具有明显影响。随着供应链企业社会责任履行程度的提高,无论是分散决策还是集中决策下,供应商和零售商或供应链整体的收益都会随之增加。且集中决策模式下供应链整体的收益高于分散决策下供应链整体的收益;在收益共享契约模式下,供应链企业社会责任对双渠道农产品供应链决策也有具有明显影响。随着企业社会责任履行程度的提高,双渠道供应链中供应商和零售商收益也会不断增加,供应商和零售商的收益也高于分散决策时各自的收益,最终达到了双渠道农产品供应链的协调。

Research on the Coordination of Dual Channel Agricultural Product Supply Chain Based on Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

With the development of Internet technology and e-commerce, the sales of traditional agricultural products began to change from offline single sales channels to online and offline dual-channel sales. The expansion of online sales channels has increased the sales volume of agricultural products, but also brought many corporate social responsibility issues. In order to explore the coordination of the dual-channel supply chain of agricultural products and the impact of corporate social responsibility on the dual-channel supply chain, this paper considers corporate social responsibility and studies the coordination decision-making problem of the dual-channel agricultural product supply chain.

First, this article systematically sorts out the domestic and foreign literature on the dual-channel agricultural product supply chain, and summarizes the basic model of the dual-channel supply chain sales. Furthermore, this paper builds a dual-channel agricultural product supply chain centralized decision model and decentralized decision model under corporate social responsibility, proving the existence of the optimal solution for centralized decision dual-channel supply chain and the optimal solution for retailers and suppliers under decentralized decision Existence and comparative analysis of the overall benefits of centralized and decentralized decision-making modes. The analysis results show that the overall benefit of the supply chain is greater than that of the decentralized decision-making mode in the centralized decision-making mode. . Subsequently, this paper established a dual-channel supply chain revenue sharing contract model. The existence of the optimal solution of the revenue sharing contract and the existence conditions of the optimal solution of the dual-channel supply chain under the revenue sharing contract are proved. The analysis results show that by setting a reasonable revenue sharing coefficient, the revenue sharing contract model is superior to the decentralized decision model. , Solve the problem of supplier and retailer revenue in the dual channel, thus confirming the effectiveness of the dual channel supply chain coordination.

At the same time, in order to explore the impact of corporate social responsibility on the supply chain of agricultural products, this paper does an example analysis of the dual-channel supply chain, and finds that under the non-contract model, the supply chain corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on the decision of the dual-channel agricultural product supply chain. As the degree of fulfillment of corporate social responsibility in the supply chain increases, whether it is decentralized or centralized decision-making, the overall revenue of suppliers and retailers or the supply chain will increase accordingly. Moreover, the overall return of the supply chain under the centralized decision-making model is higher than the return of the overall supply chain under the decentralized decision-making model; under the revenue-sharing contract model, the corporate social responsibility of the supply chain also has a significant impact on the dual-channel agricultural product supply chain decision-making. With the improvement of the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, the revenue of suppliers and retailers in the dual-channel supply chain will continue to increase, and the revenue of suppliers and retailers will also be higher than their respective revenues during decentralized decision-making, thus achieving dual-channel agricultural product supply Chain coordination.
