共享经济下短租平台的客户满意度研究—以爱彼迎为例毕业论文

摘 要
Airbnb作为目前全球最大的民宿供应的线上第三方平台,主要应用于旅行的房屋租赁,在共享经济的驱动下,Airbnb在国内外众多短租平台中起着领军作用。爱彼迎引发的旅行房屋共享经济体现了数字技术驱动下的颠覆性商业模式。
本文以爱彼迎为研究对象,采用线上问卷调查法,对共享经济下短租平台的客户满意度展开研究,具体研究内容如下:
第一章对本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究目的、研究内容研究路线、研究方法进行基本概述;
第二章对共享经济与短租平台的国内外研究现状和顾客满意度的相关理论展开文献综述,重点对酒店和旅游领域的内容和顾客满意理论展开详细分析;
第三章对爱彼迎的发展现状展开分析,包括背景分析和SWOT分析两部分,重点阐述了爱彼迎本土化的优势、劣势、机会和威胁;
第四章展开爱彼迎的顾客满意度调研,介绍了调查问卷设计、发放及回收的相关内容,接着对“爱彼迎顾客满意度调查问卷”所获样本数据展开重点分析,从平台满意度影响因素、服务质量的可靠性、有形性和移情性出发,得出爱彼迎顾客满意度的关键影响因素;
第五章基于爱彼迎顾客满意度的利得因素和利失因素,提出提高爱彼迎顾客满意度的措施和建议;
第六章基于现有分析,总结本文的研究结论,同时提出研究展望,对本文的不足之处和下一步可选择的深入研究方向进行说明。

A study on customer satisfaction of short-term Rental platform in shared economy—A case study of Airbnb
ABSTRACT
Airbnb, as the largest online third-party platform for residential accommodation in the world, is mainly used in the rental of traveling houses, driven by the shared economy. Airbnb plays a leading role in many short-rent platforms at home and abroad. The travel housing sharing economy triggered by Airbnb embodies the subversive business model driven by digital technology.
This paper takes Airbnb as the research object, adopts the online questionnaire survey method, carries on the research to the customer satisfaction degree of the short rent platform under the shared economy, the concrete research content is as follows:
The first chapter gives a basic overview of the research background, significance, purpose, research content and research methods of this paper.
In the second chapter, the research status of shared economy and short rent platform at home and abroad and the related theories of customer satisfaction are reviewed, with emphasis on the content and customer satisfaction theory in the field of hotel and tourism.
The third chapter analyzes the development status of Airbnb, including background analysis and SWOT analysis, focusing on the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Airbnb localization.
In the fourth chapter, the customer satisfaction survey of Airbnb is carried out, and the related contents of questionnaire design, distribution and recovery are introduced, and then the sample data obtained from the "Airbnb customer satisfaction questionnaire" are analyzed, and the influencing factors of platform satisfaction are analyzed. Starting from the reliability, materiality and empathy of service quality, the key influencing factors of Airbnb customer satisfaction are obtained.
In the fifth chapter, based on the profit factors and loss factors of Airbnb customer satisfaction, the measures and suggestions to improve Airbnb customer satisfaction are put forward.
The sixth chapter, based on the existing analysis, summarizes the research conclusions of this paper, and puts forward the research prospect, and explains the shortcomings of this paper and the further research direction that can be selected in the next step.
