高等院校院系结构挖掘与可视化分析毕业论文

摘 要
大学院系结构建设是高等学校管理中的重要构成,院系设置得完不完善、合不合理,关系着学校各种专业的教学能不能起到它应有的作用。随着大学教育的发展,院系结构上存在的问题也越来越得到重视。但现在国内外在这方面都没有多少研究,偶尔也是关于二级学院的权力管理问题。本文的研究重点放在院系结构上,它是学校教学管理的基础。从基础建设上进行研究得到的结论才会触及问题本身。
本文的研究对象是我国高等院校的院系结构,首先从全国高校中选有代表性的高校,统计它们的院系设置情况,划分节点、关系。一共是150个一级节点、348个二级节点、1958个三级节点。其次,根据150所学校的性质对其分类,利用ECharts对其进行可视化,从总体来分析。然后对数据初始化,在这个过程对院系结构进行初步分析。最后利用Neo4j图数据库对院系结构进行可视化,更直观地展示它们之间的关系,从不同的角度挖据有价值的信息。由此本文得到如下结论:(1)因社会的需要,目前很多专业并不仅限于只学原来的本专业课程,需要了解其他领域的知识,学校在设置学院时,可以考虑对一些学院进行拆、并。即使设置为单独的一个个学院,在安排课程上面也不能仅限于本学院。可以把学院作为管理单位,学生可以在不同的学院上课,而不是像目前许多学校,学生除了一些公共课外,基本上都只在本学院学习相关课程。(2)学校在给学院、学系定名称的时候要慎重。很多理工类院系名称里所加的没有明显指向性的字有时候并不是没有意义的。学校要结合自己建立院系的目标和教学方向来确定院系名称,而不是单纯地照搬其他学校的。
希望本文研究的结果能为相关的工作者提供有参考性的建议,完善院系结构体系建设。

Structure mining and visualization analysis of colleges and departments in colleges and universities
Abstract
The structure construction of university departments is a significant section of the administration of institutions of higher learning. With the development of university education, more and more attention has been paid to the problems existing in the structure of departments. However, there is not much research in this field at home and abroad, and occasionally it is also about the power management of secondary colleges. This paper,the base of school teaching management, focuses on the structure of the department. The conclusions of the study on infrastructure go to the heart of the problem.
The research object of this paper is the structure of mechanisms of higher learning in China. First of all, representative institutions of higher learning are selected from nationwide colleges and universities, and their department Settings are counted to divide nodes and relationships. There are 150 first-level nodes, 348 second-level nodes and 1,958 third-level nodes. Secondly, according to the nature of 150 schools, we classify them and use ECharts to visualize them and analyze them as a whole. Then the data is initialized with the structure of the department analyzed initially in this process. Finally, the Neo4j graph database is used to visualize the structure of the department, so as to show the relationship between them more directly and dig up valuable information from different perspectives. The following conclusions can be drawn from this paper :(1) due to the needs of the society, at present, many majors are not limited to learning the original professional courses, but need to know knowledge in other fields. When setting up a college, schools can consider dismantling and merging some colleges. Even if it is built as a solitary college, the plan of curriculum cannot be limited to the college. The college can be regarded as a management unit, and students can take classes in different colleges instead of many schools. Except some public extracurricular courses, students basically only study relevant courses in the college. (2) colleges and departments should be carefully named. Many polytechnics have names that are not clearly directional and sometimes not meaningless. The school should determine the name of the department according to its own goal and teaching direction, rather than simply copy the name of other schools.
It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide reference Suggestions for relevant workers to improve the construction of the structure system of the department.

1.1研究背景与意义
高校的学科结构是高等教育发展的重要基础,通过它我们能够直观地了解到高校的教育资源配置现状。同时,它反映了高等教育的发展水平和发展质量。高校所居层次的差异引起了一系列的教育问题,也引起了社会关注。
院和系是大学最下层的行政单元,是高校教学、科研、服务社会等大学职能的最终承担者,它的重要性不容置疑。院系治理得如何,事关大局。但长久以来,这个问题并没有引起国内外学者的足够重视。经搜索文献可知,国内与之相关的研究论文和专著少之又少。目前的研究状况极不符合越来越复杂、重要的院系治理现实。
