摘 要

专利信息的检索、分析和利用，已成为科研生产单位必不可少的重要行为。随着网络的飞速发展，专利信息资源已成为网络科技信息数据库的主要品种。因此，开发并利用好因特网上现有的各种专利数据库是十分必要的。

在科学技术日益发展的今天，专利信息分析作为竞争情报分析方法起着越来越重要的作用。专利情报是最重要的情报分析源之一，挖掘专利情报信息资源，分析竞争主体的专利战略，可以预测企业发展前景，监视竞争对手的市场策略，对于企业的技术创新活动起着极为重要的作用。而获取专利进行专利数据分析最重要的来源就是专利数据库，因此专利数据库质量建设一直备受关注。

本论文论述的专利数据库的构建系统是采用c#语言， 使用sqlserver2008数据库来实现。首先从系统的介绍、来源入手，简单讲述它产生的背景；接着详细阐述系统的设计方法和步骤，主要包括需求分析，功能模块的设计；再接着简单介绍系统开发所用到的技术基础和原理；在重点介绍下数据库设计，最后介绍本系统各个模块的功能实现方法。

The design and implementation of the database system

ABSTRACT

The search, analysis and utilization of the patent information have become the essential behavior of scientific research and production units. With the rapid development of the Internet, the patent information resources have become the master varieties of the network science and technology information database. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and utilize all kinds of patent databases on the Internet.

With the development of science and technology, patent information analysis is becoming more and more important as the method of competitive intelligence analysis. Patent information is the most important intelligence analysis one of the source and mining patent information resources, the analysis of the patent strategy of the main competition, can predict the development prospects of the enterprise, monitor competitors marketing strategy, for the technological innovation activities of enterprises plays a very important role. The patent database is the most important source of the patent data analysis, so the quality construction of the patent database has been concerned.

This paper discusses the construction of the system is the patent database in c # language, use sqlserver2008 database to complete. First from the system introduction, the origin of, simply describe it produces the background; and then expounds the design method and procedures of the system, including demand analysis, function module design, and then a brief introduction of the system used in the development of technical basis and principle; in key introduction to database design, finally introduces the function of each module of the system realization method.

随着社会经济的发展，现代科技技术的不断进步，人们不断突破技术，创造科学技术的革新，人们正在进入一个全新的信息技术时代。正是人们不断提高的生活水平，人们的精神世界的需求也不断扩大，随之而来的，计算机事业也不断蓬勃发展，现代生活中，计算机越来越普及，人们与世界的交流越来越容易，范围也越来越广泛，这些改变也改变了人们的生活方式，经济的发展模式，因此，伴随计算机发展的电商行业蒸蒸日上，大大占据了人们的时间，成为人们主要的买东西的方式。网络的普及使得越来越多的人会使用计算机网络来处理数据信息。

1.1 课题背景

专利数据库是以互联网或局域网为平台的大型专利信息服务系统，作为专利信息的主要来源，在帮助服务对象了解技术发展现状、预测发展趋势、确定研发方向、跟踪竞争对手研发方向、监控专利风险等方面扮演着至关重要的角色。该系统通过对专利信息的深层次的价值挖掘、技术标注形成的智慧结晶和综合应用服务，帮助个人、企业、科研机构提升创新能力与核心竞争力，为企业技术研发、专利战略研究、科学决策提供强有力的支撑。
