摘 要

第三方物流自出现以来就得到了广大企业的青睐，尤其是其减少成本、提高工作效率的优点得到了众多客户的肯定。但是，随着经济的飞速发展，客户企业对物流要求的进一步提高，第三方物流无法全面的整合物流资源的缺点也逐渐展露出来，这使得物流资源无法达到最大效率的应用。为了解决第三方物流的问题，新的外包形式——第四方物流应运而生。

本文首先介绍了物流的发展以及概念，以此引出第三方物流与第四方物流，并对国内外物流模式的研究现状进行了综述；第二部分详细介绍了第三方物流与第四方物流的发展，并对双方的优缺点进行了比较与分析；第三部分对第四方物流在我国发展中遇到的问题进行了分析；第四部分探讨了第三方物流与第四方物流未来协同发展的路径：第三方物流与第四方物流只有协同发展，相互间增加业务上的合作，才能减少成本，获得更多的利益。

Comparison and analysis of the third party logistics and the fourth party logistics

Abstract

Third party logistics since there is favored by the vast number of companies, especially the reduce cost, improve the work efficiency advantages received the affirmation of many customers. However, with the rapid development of economy, customer enterprise logistics requirements to further improve, for the third party logistics can't fully integrated logistics resources shortcomings also gradually revealed, this makes the logistics resources can't to the application of maximum efficiency. In order to solve the problem of the third party logistics, new form of outsourcing, the fourth party logistics arises at the historic moment.

This paper first introduces the development of the logistics as well as the concept, this leads to the third party logistics and fourth party logistics, and analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign logistics mode; The second part introduces the development of the third party logistics and fourth party logistics, and by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of both sides; The third part of the fourth party logistics problems in the development of our country is analyzed; The fourth part discusses the third party logistics and fourth party logistics in the future path of development, and draw the conclusion: the coordinated development of the third party logistics and fourth party logistics only, between each other to increase our business cooperation, to reduce costs, more interests.
