摘 要

如今，我们正在进入一个数据急速增长的大数据时代。在这个大数据时代，大数据环境给企业信息安全带来了严峻的挑战，企业信息安全问题势必会成为一个企业所面临的头等问题。因此，在大数据背景下对企业信息安全进行研究与探讨有着很强的现实意义。

本文首先介绍了课题来源及研究背景和研究的目的与方法。在诠释大数据的概念和特征的基础上，基于大数据环境又分析了企业信息安全相关问题；接着又详尽说明了大数据下影响企业信息安全的因素。

而后本文交代了大数据下企业信息安全评价指标体系的原则和方法，并根据上文提到的影响企业信息安全的因素，构建了评价指标体系。然后经过分析选择了层次分析法和安全核对表法，并以此对E公司的信息安全进行评价。

最后，本文从管理、技术和人员这三个维度，提出了大数据背景下优化企业信息安全的建议，这些建议可以帮助各企业在大数据下架构自身信息防护体系，保障信息安全。

Research on Enterprise Information Security Based on Big Data Background

Abstract

Today, we are entering a big data era where data is growing rapidly. In this era of big data, the big data environment has brought severe challenges to enterprise information security. Enterprise information security issues are bound to become a top priority for enterprises. Therefore, research and discussion on enterprise information security in the context of big data has a strong practical significance.

This paper first introduces the source of the subject and the research background and the purpose and method of the research. Then it analyzes the factors affecting information security and the impact of big data on enterprise information security from the inside and outside of the enterprise.

  Secondly, this paper explains the principles and methods of enterprise information security evaluation index system under big data, and builds an evaluation index system based on the factors affecting enterprise information security mentioned above. Then, after analyzing, the analytic hierarchy process and the safety checklist method were selected, and the information security of D company was evaluated.

 Finally, from the three dimensions of management, technology and personnel, this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing enterprise information security under the background of big data. These suggestions can help enterprises to structure their own information protection system under big data and ensure information security.

1.1课题来源及研究背景

伴随着我国企业在信息化建设方面的平稳推进，使得中国企业在信息化程度上日益普及。大多数企业也都使用了先进的互联网技术来架构自己的信息系统，这样同时也加强了企业的决策效率和市场反应能力。但是，企业在信息的传递、储存、包装、使用等时存在很多信息安全问题，这些问题甚至已经影响到了国家经济和人们的日常生活。与此同时，在这个高度信息化的时代，有害信息安全的威胁时有发生，比如：黑客入侵、病毒感染等等。如果这些危险入侵到了一个企业的信息系统，那么造成的损失是难以估计的。

如今我们进入了大数据时代，这个时代下的企业信息安全问题又有很多新特点，更快的信息更新、更大的数据量、更强大的电脑病毒及更凶猛的数据攻击已经对企业信息安全带来了前所未有的挑战。所以，如何更快更好地保护企业信息安全迫在眉睫。
