摘 要

在城镇化背景下，城市布局和工业布局规划较为滞后，致使原来处于城市边沿的中小企业、工厂被动的向城市核心靠拢，伴随产生了一系列的污染问题，使得企业不得不进行搬迁选址。因此，如何科学、客观的进行企业选址决策是企业在城镇化背景下必须要解决的问题。

首先，本文对企业选址理论研究现状进行分析，并运用可视化工具对国内外研究热点进行分析。其次，对企业选址决策的基本流程、影响因素和常用方法等进行总结归纳。进而，以合肥市宏伟家具厂为例开展实证分析，对其选址决策的可能影响因素等开展深入研究，建立了中小企业选址决策的三级评价指标体系，并提出了三个选址备选方案。综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法，对提出的三个企业选址备选方案进行综合评价，得出了最优方案。

本文对城镇化背景下中小企业选址决策展开系统分析。通过建立选址决策评价指标体系，并综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法，解决多影响因素的企业选址决策问题。该方法可应用于类似中小企业的选址决策，为中小企业的选址决策提供一定的指导建议。

Decision-making Analysis on Site Selection of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises under the Background of Urbanization

Abstract

In the context of urbanization, urban layout and industrial layout planning are lagging behind. As a result, small and medium-sized enterprises and factories that were originally on the edge of the city passively moved closer to the core of the city. A series of pollution problems have arisen, which has forced the company to relocate. Therefore, how to scientifically and objectively conduct enterprise location decision-making is a problem that enterprises must solve in the context of urbanization.

First of all, this paper analyzes the research status of enterprise location theory, and uses visualization tools to analyze domestic and foreign research hotspots. Secondly, it summarizes the basic processes, influencing factors and common methods of enterprise location decision. Furthermore, taking Hefei Hongwei Furniture Factory as an example to carry out an empirical analysis, and carry out in-depth research on the possible influencing factors of the site selection decision. A three-level evaluation index system for SME location decision-making was established, and three options for site selection were proposed. Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the three companies' alternative options are evaluated comprehensively, and the optimal plan is obtained.

This paper systematically analyzes the decision-making of SMEs in the context of urbanization. Through the establishment of the site selection decision evaluation index system, and the comprehensive application of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the problem of enterprise location decision-making with multiple influencing factors is solved. The method can be applied to the location decision of similar SMEs, and provides some guidance and suggestions for the location decision of SMEs.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

城镇化初期，由于学校的新建、搬迁，企业员工宿舍的兴起，产生对家具的市场需求，涌现出一大批家具企业。城市主城区存在大量的中小型家具企业，但企业规模较小、注册资金低，大部分难以搬入工业园区，主要在各类街道附近呈现地域集中式分布，靠近钢铁生产加工运输基地。

城镇化快速发展的过程中，城市逐渐向外围拓展，吸纳原本处在城市边沿的地区，然而城市布局和产业规划的滞后性，导致企业不断向城市中心靠近。进而，企业生产过程中产生的环境污染，对城市影响更加严重，同时也不利于企业长期发展。在这种背景下，各地纷纷出台城市规划方案，对原有产业布局和工业用地进行重新调整。

在城镇化进程中，中小家具企业必须适应市场和政策导向，重新选址，对原厂进行搬迁。针对此类中小企业选址决策问题，本文在分析相关文献资料、理论研究基础上，综合运用数据分析、层次分析法、模糊综合评价等方法，结合宏伟家具厂实例开展实证研究。
