借力社区谋求慈善超市新发展毕业论文

摘 要
慈善超市是我国近年来出现的新事物,是慈善救助的一种新模式,弥补了政府在社会公共服务方面存在的不足,可以说是构建和谐社会的重要民生工程。慈善超市的服务对象主要是居住在城市的低保户和低收入家庭,它以商业超市的形式集中社会捐赠品,将他们上架销售给困难家庭,为需要帮助的贫困人群提供无偿帮助。慈善超市扎根社区,它的优势就凸显出来——它能够更广泛地调动社会成员参与进来,以更人性化、更直接、更对口的方式帮助困难家庭。
本文以上海市虹纺小区慈善超市为案例,分析我国当前慈善超市的现状与问题,主要表现在如下方面:慈善超市自身“造血机制”单一、售卖物资单一、提供服务不全面,政府方面宣传力度不够、监管力度不足,社会方面捐赠渠道不畅通、捐赠力度不足。产生这些问题的原因有很多,本文主要从慈善超市自身、政府、社会层面着手分析我国慈善超市的发展对策:政府方面要加强对慈善超市的制度设计,慈善超市自身要创新运营机制,社会要培养慈善观念。

Research on the development of charity supermarkets in China - a case study of charity supermarkets in hongfang community, Shanghai
Abstract
Charity supermarket is a new thing that appears in recent years in China, and a new mode of charity assistance. it makes up for the shortcomings of the government in social public services, and it can be said that it is an important livelihood project to build a harmonious society. The service object of charity supermarket is mainly low-income households and low-income households living in cities. it concentrates social donations in the form of commercial supermarkets, sells them to needy families on the shelves, and provides free help to needy people. Charity supermarket takes root in the community, and its advantages are highlighted - it can mobilize social members to participate more widely and help needy families in a more humane, direct and more counterpart way.
This article takes charity supermarket in Shanghai hongfang community as an example, analyzes the current situation and problems of charity supermarket in China, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the " hematopoietic mechanism" of charity supermarket itself is single, the goods sold are single, the services provided are not comprehensive, the publicity efforts of the government are insufficient, the supervision efforts are insufficient, the donation channels in society are not smooth, and the donation efforts are insufficient. There are many reasons for these problems. this paper analyzes the development countermeasures of China's charity supermarket from the perspectives of charity supermarket itself, government and society: the government should strengthen the institutional design of charity supermarket, charity supermarket itself should innovate its operation mechanism and society should cultivate charity ideas.

一、问题的缘起
慈善就是要怀有慈爱之心,广行济困义举。目前我们大部分的慈善救助都是传统形式——以捐赠者志愿救助和接受者被动接受为主,但近几年来,慈善超市兴起,以一种新形势打破传统的救助模式。
慈善超市起源于西方,最初的表现形式是一种慈善零售店,现代意义上的慈善超市则最早来自美国的好意零售店。我国的慈善超市在不断的发展过程中,取得了较好的成绩,但也存在着许多问题,许多慈善超市经营困难甚至倒闭。为研究慈善超市在我国的发展为何遭遇瓶颈?如何做才能够获得可持续的发展?我通过对上海市虹纺小区慈善超市的实地调查,以“我国慈善超市发展研究——以上海市虹纺小区慈善超市为例”为毕业论文选题,加以研究,希望能给我国慈善超市的发展提出一些建设性意见。
