摘 要

改革开放以来，我国经济快速发展带动了各方产业的繁荣和发展，体育产业也不例外。体育产业已经成为中国经济的一个新的增长点。但我国体育产业繁荣发展不过短短几年，体育产业一直是官方的自留地，存在效率低下、无法满足市场经济发展要求的缺陷，为了更好的发展我国体育产业，改革刻不容缓。

本文以中国体育产业为研究对象，从简政放权的视角来分析中国体育产业改革的实效，一共分为五章，第一章是引言，介绍体育产业在我国的发展历史，第二章是体育产业和简政放权的概念界定以及研究意义，第三章是对体育产业简政放权改革的现状和问题分析，对改革现状进行分析，同时指出共性问题和四类改革主体如公共资源的个性问题，第四章写的是优化体育产业简政放权改革的措施包括共性措施政府职能转变，坚持新时代发展理念和具体措施的优化对策。第五章是论文的总结。

A study on the reform of "streamlining administration and delegating power" in China's sports industry

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development has driven the prosperity and development of various industries, including sports industry. Sports industry has become a new growth point of China's economy. However, China's sports industry has prospered for only a few short years. The sports industry has always been an official private plot and has the defects of low efficiency and inability to meet the requirements of the development of market economy. In order to better develop China's sports industry, reform is urgent.

This paper takes China's sports industry as the research object, and analyzes the actual effect of China's sports industry reform from the perspective of simplification and decentralization. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the definition of sports industry and simplification and decentralization and its research significance. The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation and problems of the reform of sports industry simplification and decentralization. It also points out the common problems and the individual problems of four types of reform subjects, such as public resources. The third chapter is the measures to optimize the reform of sports industry simplification and decentralization, including the change of government functions of common measures, and the optimization countermeasures to adhere to the development concept and specific measures of the new era. The fourth chapter is the summary of paper.
