摘 要

这几年来，中国的医患关系一度紧张，医患矛盾激发的医疗纠纷暴力事件屡次发生。在人民物质生活水平不断飞速发展的今天，社会大众对医疗服务和质量的要求越来越来越高。医患沟通是医务工作者必须掌握的基本技能,也是构建和谐的医患关系的重要基础。但是近年来，医务人员同患方之间缺少最起码的彼此信任和理解，医患关系愈发紧张，医疗纠纷普遍增加，已经成为了严重影响正常医疗服务秩序的重大问题。本文从各种医患纠纷事件中探究其成因，并且提出与之相对应的对策。我认为，要想切实解决当今社会频频发生的医患纠纷，首当其要的就是应该构建一个良好和谐的医患关系，加强医务人员的素质，强化技能，从各方面尽量做到让患者满意，政府方面理应重视相关法律规章制度的完善，使得纠纷产生时有法可依，全面弘扬社会主义文明文化建设，提高民众素质，除此以外建议加强医患纠纷社会调解机制的建立，在沟通的基础上，努力平衡医患双方的关系。

The causes and Countermeasures of medical disputes in China

Abstract

In recent years, the doctor-patient relationship in China has been tense, and the medical disputes and violence aroused by the conflicts between doctors and patients have occurred frequently. With the rapid development of people's material standard of living, the public demands for medical service and quality are getting higher and higher. Communication between doctors and patients is the basic skill that medical workers must master, and it is also the important foundation of constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship. But in recent years, at least the lack of mutual trust and understanding between medical staff and patients, increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship, medical disputes is increasing, the major problems of normal medical service order has become a serious impact. This article explores its causes from various kinds of medical disputes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. I think, in order to effectively solve the medical disputes occur frequently in today's society, the first is to should build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, strengthening the quality of medical staff, strengthening the skills, from various aspects to make patients satisfied, the government should attach importance to the improvement of related legal regulations, the dispute in accordance with the law, comprehensively carry forward the cultural construction of socialist civilization, improve the quality of people, in addition to strengthen social recommended the establishment of medical dispute mediation mechanism, on the basis of communication, efforts to balance the doctor-patient relationship.
