摘 要

自上世纪末，我国开始增加大学本科院校数量及规模，这一举措在为越来越多的学生带来学习机会的同时，在发展达到一定程度以后，也带来了一定的负面影响，即高校毕业生大幅度增长，从而导致了大学生的就业难问题，如今这一问题已经在全球范围内都普遍存在并越来越严重。不可否认的是大学生的数量是国家综合实力的一个体现，因此我国将继续鼓励高校扩张，提高我国整体国民素质，但是面对越来越严重的大学生就业问题，需要政府、企业和社会各方共同努力，才能从根本上扭转大学生就业难的现状，促进我国综合实力和大学生增长的双赢局面。所以，促进和改善大学生就业环境和就业难题就显得尤为重要了。本文主要通过江苏大学生目前的就业情况，对江苏省大学生就业问题进行分析，并有针对性地提出改进江苏高校毕业生就业政策的对策，缓解江苏省大学生的就业压力。

Students' employment situation and employment policy adjustments in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

Since the end of last century， our country began to increase in number and size of university undergraduate course colleges and universities， the move to bring in more and more students learning opportunities at the same time， after development to a certain extent， it also brings some negative effects， namely college graduates increased by a large margin， which leads to the employment problems of college students， now this problem has in the global scope exist and more and more serious. Can not be denied is the number of college students is a manifestation of the comprehensive strength of a country， so China will continue to encourage the expansion of universities， improve our overall national quality， but in the face of more and more serious problem of College Students' employment and need the joint effort of the government， enterprises and all sectors of society， from fundamental torsional college students difficult employment situation， to promote the growth of China's comprehensive strength and college students a win-win situation. Therefore， it is particularly important to promote and improve the employment environment and employment problems of college students. This paper mainly by college students in Jiangsu the current employment situation， the employment problem of university students in Jiangsu Province analysis， and the improvement countermeasures of Jiangsu college graduates employment policy system， alleviate the employment pressure of college students in Jiangsu Province.

一、引言

大学生就业问题越来越受到人们的的广泛关注了，政府也因此而出台了相关的法律法规和政策，用以促进、保证和缓解大学生就业难问题。尽管国家出台了大学生就业政策，但因为各地政府或企业在落实大学生就业政策时，时常有遭遇搁浅现象，出现执行和落实不到位问题，依然不能从根本上起到缓解大学生就业难问题。
