摘 要

随着高校扩招以来，大学生人数飞速增长，加之在金融危机的背景下，大学生就业形势越来越严峻，大学生就业问题一直饱受社会各界的广泛关注。虽然政府在缓解毕业生就业问题方面起到了明显的促进作用，但仅仅依靠政府并不能完全解决毕业生就业问题。非营利组织是一支新兴的社会力量，是介于企业与政府之间的第三部门，它在缓解大学生就业问题，改善大学生就业服务机制这方面具有自己独特的优势。如何解决非营利组织介入毕业生就业问题中存在的不足，对于促进毕业生就业具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

本文在前人的研究成果及实践经验的基础上，阐述了非营利组织在缓解大学生就业问题方面的积极意义，剖析了当前我国非营利组织介入毕业生就业问题的现状。进而总结出了非营利组织介入毕业生就业的不足之处，最后就如何解决其中的问题给出了一些自己的对策和建议。

Study on college students’ employment in non-governmental organizations

Abstract

Since the enrollment expansion of the University, the number of graduates is growing rapidly, the employment situation of college students is getting more and more serious, and the students' employment has been concerned by the society.. Although the government plays an obvious role in the problem of College Students' employment, but relying solely on the government can not completely solve the problem of College Students' employment. Non-profit organization is a new social force, is between the enterprise between the government and the third sector, it in alleviating the problem of employment of university students, improve college students' employment service system which has its own unique advantages. How to solve the problem of the employment of the non - profit organizations in college students, and have important theoretical value and practical significance for the promotion of College Students' employment.

This paper on the basis of previous research results and practical experience, analysis of the non profit organization intervention role and advantages of the employment problem of college students and elaborated in non-profit organizations involved in the issue of employment of college students status, and then analyzes the non-profit organization involved in the problems existing in the employment of college students. Finally, how to solve the problems and puts forward some countermeasures for their.
