摘 要

随着经济的快速发展，人民的生活水平也日渐提高，一些新型的旅游方式也渐渐兴起，比如邮轮旅行，而邮轮旅行涉及的人数少则四五百人，多达八九千人，一旦发生危险，受限于邮轮主体与海洋，造成的损失不可估量。因此，邮轮在进行建造时，便会进行紧急情况下的人员疏散仿真模拟，以期在发生危险时船上人员可以尽快到达安全区域，本文对大型邮轮MSC邮轮进行了人员的疏散仿真，并根据仿真结果进行了邮轮的布置改进，尽可能的保证人员的生命财产安全。同时，邮轮产业也是我国的新兴产业，也可参考世界上的邮轮，对其进行总布置分析，取其精华，促进我国邮轮产业的发展。

本文对邮轮的布置概况进行了分析、结合邮轮消防方面的规范对MSC邮轮地中海荣耀号进行了具体布置分析，同时通过对邮轮进行风险分析和对疏散软件进行分析应用，对MSC邮轮进行了两层甲板两个工况的乘客安全疏散仿真，并针对疏散过程中发现的邮轮布置存在的不足进行了局部的改进，对改进后的甲板布置进行了再次模拟，确认了改进方案的可行性。

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy, people s living standard is also improving day by_ day, and some new ways of tourism are also gradually emerging, such as cruise travel, and cruise travel involves a small number of four 0r five hundred people, as many as eight or nine thousand once dangerous, limited by the main body of the cruise and the ocean, the loss is inestimable. Cruise in the building, therefore, will conduct an emergency evacuation I simulation, in order to as soon as possible in the event of danger I when the boat personnel can teach the safety area, this paper deals with major cruise MSC cruises personnel evacuation simulation, according to the I result of simulation and the cruise line layout improvements，as much as possible, ensure the safety of the staff of life and property. At the same time, the cruise industry is also an emerging industry in China, but also can refer to the worlds cruise ships, the general layout 5 analysis, take its essence, to promote the development of Chinas cruise industry.

In this. article，through analyzing the general situation the arrangement of MSC cruises and classic MSC cruise in the Mediterranean the honor of specitic analysis, combined with the fire and rescue cruises specitication, risk analysis of the liner, and the analysis of the evacuation software applications, two layers, of MSC cruises deck passenger safety evacuation simulation of two conditions, and found in the process of T evacuation cruise of the defects in the arrangement for local. improvement, improved deck layout for the simulation again, confirm the feasibility of the improved scheme.

本毕业论文题目为MSC邮轮的乘客安全疏散仿真和总布置方案改进。随着人民生活水平的日益提高，人们的旅游方式也更加多种多样，选择邮轮度假的游客渐渐多了起来。邮轮是一个集运输，娱乐活动，游客的衣食住行，购物，音乐于一体的一个超大型海上综合体，而MSC邮轮作为十万吨级的大型邮轮，可以承载2000多名游客和3000名以上的船员及服务人员，因此一旦发生事故，往往会造成相当大的人命安全与财产损失，所以我们需要根据邮轮与传统陆上旅游截然不同的特殊性制定一定的人员疏散策略来保证乘客及船员的安全。而在制定策略的过程中，需要根据发现的问题，对邮轮中不合理的布置进行改进，以求更快速高效的疏散。而我国的豪华邮轮产业包括设计建造与实际运营都处于刚刚起步的阶段，在研发和建造初期，对于人员疏散的研究也大多基于陆上建筑，因此，我们应当向已经具备较完整产业链的国家学习，取其精华，对国际上现有的邮轮进行总布置分析，进行人员疏散仿真模拟，然后加以改进，以促进我国豪华邮轮产业的快速稳定发展。
