船舶通过南京大桥操纵方案研究毕业论文

摘 要

南京长江大桥所在的水域是长江黄金水道中最为繁忙的航段之一。随着我国国民经济的高速发展,对于水上交通运输的需求也越来越大。南京长江大桥所在的水域处于长江航运黄金水道,船舶交通流在不断增加的同时,船舶吨位和船舶尺度也在向大型化的方向发展,南京长江大桥自建成以来,其船舶通航孔的通航尺度一致保持不变,使得桥区水域的船舶通航环境变得更趋复杂,通航风险不断变大。

为了缓解南京长江大桥桥区水域通航风险,主管机关在采取一系列安全保障措施,诸如移标、亮化、同步闪、红外预警等措施的同时,科学的制定船舶通过南京长江大桥区水域操纵方案也是保障桥区通航安全的关键。

本文通过查阅相关资料,对南京长江大桥附近水域的自然环境,通航环境等信息进行了总结归纳。同时分析了相关主管部门对于船舶通过南京长江大桥时的相关规定文献的研究和对以往南京长江大桥发生的碰撞事故进行了分析。对相关主管部门制定的通航规定考虑到船舶在桥区水域操纵的特点,结合相关管理规定,针对不同水位期、不同通航桥孔,提出了船舶上行和下行船舶的操纵方案。

Abstract

The Nanjing Yangtze river bridge is located in one of the busiest sections of the Yangtze's golden waterway. With the rapid development of China's national economy, the demand for water transport is also increasing. Nanjing Yangtze river bridge of waters in the golden waterway the Yangtze river shipping, ship traffic flow is increasing at the same time, ship's tonnage and ship dimensions are also developed to the direction of large-scale, since Nanjing Yangtze river bridge built, the ship navigation hole consistent navigation scales remains the same, make the bridge waters of ship navigation environment becomes more complicated, navigation risk grows.

In order to mitigate the navigation risks in the bridge area of Nanjing Yangtze river bridge, the competent authority has taken a series of safety measures, such as beacon shift, lighting, synchronous flashing and infrared early warning measures, while trying to recommend to passing ships the control scheme of upstream and downstream through the bridge area. The scientific formulation of the ship handling scheme through the Nanjing Yangtze river bridge area is the key issue concerned by the industry, and also the key to ensure the navigation safety of the bridge area.

This paper summarizes the natural environment and navigable environment of the waters near Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge by consulting relevant materials. At the same time, the paper analyzes the relevant documents of regulations for ships passing the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge and the collision accidents occurred in the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge. According to the navigation regulations formulated by the relevant authorities, considering the characteristics of ships operating in the bridge area, combined with the relevant management regulations, and aiming at different stages of water level and different navigable bridge holes, the navigation schemes of upgoing and downgoing ships are obtained.
