摘 要

毫无疑问，全球90%的货物的运输方式都是通过海运来完成的，可以说没有航运就不会有国际贸易的繁华，自然不会有如此繁荣的世界经济。由此可见，航运市场与世界经济息息相关，与我们每个人的生活都密不可分。

本文通过研究致使航运市场波动的原因来进一步预测航运市场乃至世界经济的发展方向，然后指导航运企业进行风险管理，降低风险成本，达到帮助航运企业提高利润以及促进世界经济繁荣发展的目的。

由于航运业的主业为船舶运输，而企业的利润在船舶运输方面的反映就是运费的高低。即运费决定了船舶运输业的利润。进而，我们可以通过运价的波动来衡量航运市场的整体状况，并对未来的发展做出预判。

对于运价的波动则可以通过运价指数的变化来进行体现，但由于运价指数的种类较多，我们有必要选择通用而又权威的指数作为分析依据。

因为世界上运输的货物种类主要以干散货和原油为主。进而，在运价指数的选择方面，我们可以充分依靠干散货和原油相关的指数来进行研究分析。

在有了基础的前提下，本文采取的主要技术手段有两种，分别是灰色关联分析法和模糊综合评价法。通过这两种主要的技术手段，可以帮助我们找出，不同影响因素对航运市场的影响程度。

最后，根据前文的研究来提出航运企业避免风险的措施和一些国际上通常采用的做法。以期达到提供给航运企业提供参考的目的。
