摘 要
本设计中,某印染废水处理厂日处理印染废水15000m3/d,进水水质为:COD= 1200 mg/L,BOD5 = 400 mg/L,pH =9~11,氨氮= 30mg/L,TSS = 360 mg/L,TP = 2mg/L,色度= 450。要求出水水质达到国家《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)直排标准,即COD ≤ 80mg/L,BOD5 ≤ 20 mg/L,pH = 6~9,氨氮 ≤ 10mg/L,TSS ≤ 20 mg/L,TP ≤ 0.5mg/L,色度≤ 30。
本设计中废水B/C=400/1200=0.33,虽具有一定的可生化性,但可生化性较差,故需令废水进入水解酸化池改善可生化性,后接生物接触氧化池,为了得到更好的水质,生化处理后再经曝气生物滤池进行深度处理去除COD和色度,达标排放。

Study of a Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Plant
Abstract
In this design, a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant daily treats 15000m 3/d of printing and dyeing wastewater. The influent water quality is: COD = 1200 mg/L, BOD5 = 400 mg/L, pH = 9~11, ammonia nitrogen = 30 mg/L, TSS = 360 mg/L, TP = 2 mg/L, chroma = 450. Require that the effluent quality meet the national “straight standard for textile dyeing and finishing industry water pollutants” (GB4287-2012), that is, COD ≤ 80mg/L, BOD5 ≤ 20 mg/L, pH = 6~9, ammonia nitrogen ≤ 10mg/L, TSS ≤ 20 mg/L, TP ≤ 0.5 mg/L, chroma ≤ 30.
Printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of high chroma, high COD, BOD 5 content, complex composition, and drastic changes in water quality and quantity. Because the printing and dyeing wastewater is hard to degrade, the design uses hydrolytic acidification to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater. Through the comparison of the schemes, this design adopts “hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation” as the biochemical treatment and adopts the aeration biological filter process. As an advanced treatment, the pollutants are further removed, so that the effluent meets the standard emission.
