微波技术在超声辅助下处理油类污染土壤的研究毕业论文

摘 要
全国范围内存在着数百万个加油站以及炼油厂,由于这些加油站和炼油厂防护措施不利,经常发生泄露,导致土壤的柴油污染问题已经非常严重。针对这个现状,本文在微波修复柴油污染土壤的基础上,耦合超声波技术,使得微波技术在超声辅助下处理柴油污染土壤。实验考察了微波条件、超声波条件、土壤性质等影响因素对柴油去除率的影响,并且确认了最佳参数条件。
实验研究表明:单独进行微波辐射处理柴油污染的土壤,柴油的去除率随微波功率的增大和微波时间的延长而增大,柴油的去除率在微波功率为800W,微波时间为10min的条件下,可以达到57.5%,此时土壤的含水率为3%,含油量为2%;在此微波和土壤条件下,耦合超声波技术,发现耦合超声波技术之后,柴油的去除率比单独进行微波辐射的去除率要高。柴油的去除率随超声波功率的增大和超声波超声时间的延长而增大。在微波功率为800W,微波时间为10min的条件下,耦合超声波(超声波的功率为400W,超声时间2s,间隙时间3s,超声总时间为10min),土壤含水率为10%,含油量为2%的情况下,柴油的去除率可达到82.4%。

ABSTRACT
There are millions of gas stations and oil refineries in china. Because of the protective measures of these gas stations and refineries unfavorable, the oil often divulged. That’s why diesel oil pollution in soil was already a very serious problem. For this situation, this paper studied the question that microwave repair diesel pollution soil coupling the ultrasonic technology. And the influences of the factors, such as microwave conditions, ultrasonic conditions, soil properties of diesel fuel remediation , were investigated, and the optimum conditions were obtained.
The experimental results showed that, with the increase of microwave power and time, the diesel removal rate from soil increased. And the diesel removal rate reached maximum 57%, under the conditions that the microwave power was 800 w, microwave radiation time for 10 min and the soil moisture content 3%. In these microwave conditions, couplinng with ultrasonic technology, the diesel removal rate was higher than the rate in microwave radiation alone, and with the increase of ultrasonic power and time, the diesel removal rate from soil increased. And the diesel removal rate reached maximum82.4% under the conditions of the ultrasonic power was 400 w, ultrasonic total time was 10 min(single ultrasonic time was 2 s, interval was 3 s), soil moisture content was 10% and oil content was 2%.
