产业园污水处理厂工艺分析

摘要：该污水处理厂为产业园配套环保设施，为避免园区企业污水处理装置的重复建设，需对园区企业类型及各类企业的废水产生情况进行充分的调研，根据水污染物种类、浓度特点，设计污水处理厂进水水质。同时，结合污水处理厂排放去向，制定污水厂出水标准。结合进水、出水水质要求，从经济和技术角度对工艺方案进行比选，选择出最佳处理工艺。为确保废水处理能力满足园区产业发展要求、废水中污染物的有效去除及污水厂出水稳定达标排放，确定建构筑物设计规模，并选择工艺设计参数。

1 引言

近年来，我国城市化进程加快，城市的功能分区日趋清晰。为了优化工业资源，促进经济的快速发展，建设了一批经济技术开发区、特色工业园区及技术示范区等多种形式的工业园区。工业园区的建设，对园区产业发展、空间布局、土地开发、招商引资、运营管理等都是一个促进。据不完全统计，我国建成的和在建的各类工业园区数量达到了9000多个，工业污水排放量占全国污水排放总量的45%左右。

相对于园区污水处理厂的污水，工业园区因其产业结构复杂，水质水量变化大，污染物浓度高、污染物种类多且具有毒性及难降解的特性。污水处理系统往往缺乏针对性设计、管理经验缺乏，这使园区水污染控制面临巨大挑战。为了防止工业园区成为污染重灾区，必须加强工业园区管理并进行水污染技术创新，此外，为了实现工业园区水资源的可持续利用及污水的”零排放”目标，应积极推进传统工业园区向生态工业园区的转型，使有效的污染控制起到提升园区核心竞争力等重要作用。
