摘 要
香精香料在食品、日化用品、烟草等行业中得到广泛的应用,由于不同种类的香精香料其合成原料有所不同,生产工艺也不相同,因此其排放的废气具有成分种类多、组分复杂的特点,且因为嗅阈值较低而多具有较重异味,这成为香精香料生产行业无法忽视的环保问题。
本课题以江苏省某香精香料企业为研究对象,该厂废气污染物组分主要为苯、四氢呋喃、糠醛、甲醇、乙醇、糠基醇等有机挥发性废气,现有处理工艺以冷凝、活性炭吸附、碱吸收为主,处理设备较为简单,处理能力难以满足现有环保要求,且无组织排放问题严重,存在多处罐槽设备无集气装置、部分设备敞口操作、部分废气未经处理直接墙外放空、需打开人孔进行投料操作的情况而导致废气逸散,实际运行过程中VOCs浓度偏高,异味较大,对车间内外环境造成不良影响。
本课题根据吸附法、吸收法、冷凝法、燃烧法等处理方法的原理特点,结合研究对象实际生产过程中不同装置的尾气回收或处理需求,对企业原处理工艺进行了整改,也对众多无组织排放产气点进行了废气收集,优化、组合工艺,以冷凝、水吸收、碱吸收作为预处理手段,然后通过活性炭吸附、RTO焚烧将废气处理达标。最终废气能够得到较好的收治,可回收再利用的进行了回收,无法回收的废气能够达标排放。

Investigation of waste gas in a flavor and fragrance enterprise and technical improvement plan
Abstract
Flavors and fragrances are widely used in food, daily chemical products, tobacco and other industries. Different kinds of flavors and fragrances have different synthetic materials and different production processes. Therefore, the exhaust gas has many kinds of ingredients and complex components. Because of its low odor threshold, it has heavy odor. Question.
This topic takes a flavor and fragrance enterprise in Jiangsu Province as the research object. The main components of the waste gas pollutants are benzene, tetrahydrofuran, furfural, methanol, ethanol, furfuryl alcohol and other organic volatile waste gases. The existing treatment processes are mainly condensing, activated carbon adsorption and alkali absorption. The treatment is relatively simple, and the processing capacity is difficult to meet the existing environmental requirements, and the problem of unorganized emissions is serious. There are many tank equipment without gas gathering device, some equipment open operation, some waste gas untreated and directly vented outside the wall, which need to open the manhole for feeding operation, resulting in waste gas escape. In the actual operation process, the VOCs concentration is high and the odor is large, which has a bad impact on the internal and external environment of the workshop.
According to the principle and characteristics of adsorption, absorption, condensation, combustion and other treatment methods, combined with the exhaust gas recovery or treatment needs of different devices in the actual production process of the research object, the project optimizes and combines the process, rectifies the original treatment process of the enterprise, and collects the exhaust gas of many unorganized emission gas production points, so that the exhaust gas can be better treated The recycled waste gas is recycled, and the waste gas that can't be recycled can reach the discharge standard.

香精香料在食品、日化用品、烟草等行业中得到广泛的应用,是一种重要的添加剂。由于不同种类的香精香料其合成原料有所不同,生产工艺也不相同,因此其排放的废气具有成分种类多、组分复杂的特点[1],且因为嗅阈值较低而多具有较重异味,这成为香精香料生产行业无法忽视的环保问题。
这些废气中以苯系物、醛类、醇类、酮类、有机氯化物及脂肪酸等为典型的主要污染物——挥发性有机物(VOCs)[2],对大气环境污染既存在直接的影响,同时也间接导致了光化学烟雾、雾霾等污染[3]。不仅如此,VOCs刺激人体眼睛、呼吸管道等器官,还能诱发众多疾病,对人体健康构成威胁。所以,为保障人体健康以及保护大气环境,废气治理及控制迫在眉睫。
