某农药企业建设项目废气处理方案以及效果预测毕业论文

摘 要

某农药企业拟新建四聚乙醛、三聚乙醛等产品,在生产过程中会产生乙醛,吡啶,溴化氢,三聚乙醛,四聚乙醛等废气污染物,在储罐区会产生三聚乙醛,乙醛,甲醇等废气。污水处理池处会产生挥发性有机物(VOCs),氨,硫化氢等废气。

本项目四聚乙醛生产线年生产线批次1200次,单批次产量1250kg,产生乙醛废气4.74t/a,吡啶废气0.13t/a,溴化氢废气0.15t/a,三聚乙醛废气0.81t/a,四聚乙醛废气0.03t/a。三聚乙醛生产线年生产批次1800次,单批次产量2500kg,产生三聚乙醛废气2.25t/a,四聚乙醛废气0.01t/a,乙醛废气0.6t/a,吡啶废气0.06t/a。

针对生产过程中产生的废气污染物,因其都能微溶于水,并且具有一定的毒性,拟采用先水吸收,然后进入蓄热式焚烧(RTO)处理系统处理,最后通过35m的排气筒实现达标排放。针对储罐区产生的甲醇,乙醛,三聚乙醛等废气污染物,首先使用深冷技术进行冷凝,然后再汇入生产过程的RTO处理系统。针对污水处理池所产生的硫化氢、氨和VOCs等,属于大风量低浓度废气,拟采用一级水吸收处理,再经过除雾以及活性炭吸附和低温等离子技术处理,最后通过15m排气筒达标排放。

本项目处理后的废气排放均达到《化学工业挥发性有机物排放标准》(DB32/3151-2016)、《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB31571-2015)、《挥发性有机物无组织排放控制标准》(GB37822-2019)。

Waste gas treatment scheme and effect prediction of a pesticide enterprise construction project

Abstract

A pesticide company plans to produce products such as metaldehyde, metaldehyde, and so on. During the production process, acetaldehyde, pyridine, hydrogen bromide, trimeric acetaldehyde, metaldehyde and other exhaust pollutants will be generated in the storage tank area. In addition, sewage treatment tanks will produce volatile organic compounds (VOCs), ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other waste gas.

1200 batches of metaldehyde will be produced annually in the metaldehyde production line of the project, which a single batch output is1250kg. At the same time, the acetaldehyde waste gas of 4.74t/a, pyridine waste gas of 0.13t/a, hydrogen bromide waste gas of 0.15t/a, trimeric acetaldehyde waste gas of 0.81t/a, and the metaldehyde waste of 0.03t/a gas will be generated. 1,800 batches of paraldehyde will be produced in the paraldehyde production line per year, with a single-batch output of 2,500 kg, where trimeric acetaldehyde waste gas of 2.25t/a, metaldehyde waste gas of 0.01t/a, acetaldehyde waste gas of 0.6t/a and pyridine waste gas of 0.06 t/a will be generated.

For the waste gas pollutants generated in the production process, since they can be slightly soluble in water and have certain toxicity, it is planned to use water absorption in the first, then enter the regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) treatment system for treatment, and finally achieve the standard discharge through a 35m exhaust tube. For methanol, acetaldehyde, metaldehyde and other waste gas pollutants generated in the storage tank area, cryogenic technology is firstly used to condense, and then it is transferred into the RTO treatment system of the production process. For hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and VOCs generated in sewage treatment tanks, which belongs to the category of high-volume and low-concentration exhaust gas, it is planned to adopt the first-level water absorption treatment, and then go through defogging, activated carbon adsorption and low temperature plasma technology treatment, and finally reach the standard discharge through 15m exhaust cylinder.

The exhaust gas after treatment in this project has reached the Discharge Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds in Chemical Industry (DB32/3151-2016), Discharge Standards for Pollutants in Petrochemical Industry (GB31571-2015), and Organized Emission Control Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds (GB37822-2019).Key Words: pesticide;VOCs;RTO; Tetraacetaldehyde;Tripolyacetaldehyde

某农药企业拟新建四聚乙醛、三聚乙醛等产品,在生产过程中排放一定量废气,根据环评需要,需要对产生的废气进行收集处理,根据产污环节提供的风量、特征污染物以及排放速率等,编制相应的废气处理工艺方案,并预测排放效果,要求废气处理后满足《化学工业挥发性有机物排放标准》(DB32/3151-2016)、《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB31571-2015)、《挥发性有机物无组织排放控制标准》(GB37822-2019)、《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-20XX)(征求意见稿)以及《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)。
