菊粉、多聚果糖对双歧杆菌生长的影响毕业论文

摘 要
随着生活质量的提高,人们对自身身体状况的要求越来越高。现代众多研究表明: 消化道微生物在人体健康和疾病方面起着重要作用,例如营养、生理功能、药物功效、癌症、免疫反应、老化等均与消化道菌群密切相关,是人体健康的重要标志之一。其中双歧杆菌就是存在于人类与动物肠道内非常重要的益生菌,它与机体的许多生理、病理的现象密切相关,对人体的健康起着至关重要的影响。
本文以双歧杆菌为研究对象,探讨菊粉对双歧杆菌的增殖影响。采用控制变量法,做对比试验,通过考察培养的双歧杆菌吸光度随时间的变化,来反应其数量变化,并通过大量的平行试验,发现菊粉有很好的增殖效果,对比葡萄糖,菊粉的增值效应比葡萄糖高提高了128%。

ABSTRACT
With the improved quality of life and heath of their own people have become increasingly demanding. Modern many show that:gastrointestinal microbes play an important role in human heath and disease such as nutrition,physical function,drug efficacy,cancer,Immune response,aging is closely related to the digestive tract flora etc.It is an important indicator of human health one.Bifidobacterium which is very important in present in human and animal intestines probiotics,it is closely related to many physiological and pathological phenomena of the body,plays a vita for human health effect.
In this paper,as the research object, oligofructose Proliferation of bifidobacteria. Using control variable method,do comparison tests. by examining the culture of Bifidobacterium absorbance change with time,to reflect changes in the number,and by a large number of parallel test,accurate and objective response to the proliferation of polyfructose.
