石墨烯自组装过程研究任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

石墨烯制备方法主要有机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、电化学法、氧化还原法等,其中,氧化还原法因其产率高的优势更适合大规模生产。

氧化还原法制备石墨烯的过程中,利用水热还原法还原氧化石墨烯时,会发生自组装的现象。

本课题主要通过改变水热还原氧化石墨烯的反应条件来研究石墨烯的自组装过程。
